The room was spacious and clean. It looks like the property was recently renovated. It doesn’t seem sexy from outside but inside it is nice. The breakfast is good too! The Ukrainian receptionist was very kind and attentive. The water quality in the shower and tap is good too (not everywhere in Cannes the water is sweet). The specious parking lot, many facilities are nearby. Various international tv channels. The AC that is essential for the winter time in Cannes worked properly.

The toilet door handle in the room 210 needs to be checked, I am afraid it is broken. We didn’t like the windows much as they seemed to have holes on top so one can hear everything that is happening outside. My partner had a difficulty to fall asleep as the camper nearby was having a party till 3 am. And the toilet seat is sort of broken as well.

Our stay at Hotel des Victoires had many positive aspects. We were pleased with the spacious room provided for our three children, which offered plenty of space for them to move around comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also has convenient parking, making it an excellent choice for those traveling by car. The location is ideal, as it is very close to main streets and provides easy access to numerous activities. Nearby, there are beaches, fast food options like McDonald's, shopping opportunities, and even a Luna Park for kids, providing plenty of entertainment for families.

While there were many positives, there were a few downsides to our stay. The room for the couple was quite small, which may not be ideal for those looking for more spacious accommodations. Additionally, the breakfast provided was rather poor, with limited variety and options.

The room was very clean, the cleaning girls changed towels and cleaned the room every day. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, it is separated from the crowd, in a quiet place and everything you need is nearby. The parking lot is large and closed only for hotel guests. I would especially like to praise the friendliness of the staff, the two beautiful girls who clean the rooms delighted us, the girls from the reception especially, as well as the guys who serve... Really everyone is more than friendly... My recommendations for this hotel!! See you again next year for sure!!!

Nice hotel next to Cannes airport. It is not noisy because big planes do not land or take off from here. Drive to Cannes center takes about 10 minutes. The hotel has a big parking lot but the places are too narrow. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was alright. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom.

All was OK.

Everything was okay. Not perfect, but good enough. It's obvious that the hotel is not new even though they did some sort of reparation. Also they give a small present when checking in. It was nice.

It's marked on the Google Maps not exact. That's why I didn't find it on the first try. It was also not clear how to open the gate and get inside. It was also a bit cold in the room. And when I was using the air conditioner to make it warmer it didn't small good

The location is easily accessible and has free private parking. The staff was very kind. The hotel is newly renovated. The room was very clean, equipped with TV and air conditioner. The bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels, hair dryer, free toiletries. We did not opt ​​for breakfast. All in all, it was a good choice!

Access to the parking lot is through a gate equipped with an interphone. To leave the location, you have to call the interphone and the answer can be difficult.

The rooms are clean, the staff is perfectly communicative, friendly and always ready to help, everyone was as friendly as possible, from the girls who clean the rooms to the girls who work at the reception. Everything is close, but it is separated from the crowd... The parking lot is large and closed only for hotel guests... In one word "- Perfect!!! We will come back again for sure!!!

Recently renovated the hotel has a very beautiful yet simple design. It is convenient for travellers with a car as there is a parking available. And although it is not a central location, there is a buss station very near.

Some toiletries could have been added.

The bus station is right at the front of the hotel, and the food of the restaurant close by are supper. good.

The smell of the room are not good, maybe because sewage system has problems, so you hav to keep the bathroom door close.

Clean rooms, spacious parking area which is convenient when travelling by car. There was a Ukrainian speaking receptionist who was very helpful and accommodating. The other staff were all really pleasant as well.

The rooms (and bathrooms) are a bit on the smaller side, which is to be expected in France.
