The apartment was big, with a terrace. The bathroom is huge. The aparthotel is part of a senior home, or something like that, that's why the apartments have accessibility functionalities. The underground parking. There are many shops very close, even a nice boulangerie right accross street.

The location is in an area like a suburb, so nothing interesting within walking distance. But there's a bus stop in front of the complex and you can get to Cannes by bus. The kitchen has cups, glasses, plates and cuttlery, but we had to buy your own sponges and dish wash, which is not efficient for only a few days stay. We received only one garbage bag and, when we asked for a second one after throwing it away, we were told we were allowed only one bag for our entire stay. We found this strange, especially since we were asked to take our own garbage out to the trash bin.

A lot of space in the appartment, quiet location inside a senior residence, safe parking spot inside the underground garage, good connection to the centre of Cannes by bus, 4 min walk to supermarkets, polite staff, clean rooms

Some lights are only activated by a moving sensor (lights continuously turn off during showering and it is not possible to close manually after going to the toilet at night), washing maschine in the room is not usable (no connection to water), no space to hang washed clothes, no kettle in the room (description said so)

Since its a Senior citizen residential complex lighting system designed to suit them more Sensor light on the bedroom & Toilet may be little disturbance for your partner otherwise nothing to mention. As its a new apartment few things are missing you can get it from the staff like the utensils in Kitchen cleaning brush etc

Great accommodation and very friendly staff. We had an amazing time exploring the surroundings in Cannes, Eze, Grass, Saint Tropez, Nice, Monaco. Thank you.

Spacious, fuss free and friendly staff around the clock. They accommodated outdoor parking for our car, with a roofbox.

The property is still being prepared for hospitality, a few things missing however staff are helpful.

We were attending a wedding at the nearby Chateau Garibondy so it was ideally situated for us. The apartments were very modern and felt new.

Not easy to find as they have changed the name but not changed the signage.

Excellent luxury apartment at the Villa Sully, adjacent to Le Cannet Appart'S. Quiet, elegant, spacious, reasonably near the center. Everything fine. Free underground parking for the car, as well.

Top apart. Top service. Free secure car park. The entrance itself is secure too. Very close to the beaches and lots of amenities nearby. Wish we had stayed longer.
