Overall, the apartement provided us with the perfect base to explore Cannes and enjoy a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality in one of the most beautiful cities on the French Riviera. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The location was ideal—close to the beach and the heart of Cannes, yet peaceful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the stunning views from our balcony. Overall, a perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable stay on the French Riviera. Highly recommended!

Pillows was not good

My time at La Palme d'Azur was beyond my expectations! And I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Cannes.

The location to the beach & Cannes centre and the two pools

Location very good. Clean place and ok. No insects etc, super seaview from balcony. Quiet place.

First getting in to residence was problematic, COS many doors and all are locked. Also Need key to get out :)) But for security reasons its ok.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The air conditioning in our room was leaking water, rendering it unusable. This was a service we paid for but could not use, resulting in two sleepless nights due to the heat. Despite informing the host, no solution was provided. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing; the walls were covered in mold. We also faced issues with the parking. Although the host initially offered parking, we were informed upon arrival that there were no available spots. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is perfect for accessing the beach on foot, and the pool area is very well maintained. I hope this feedback will help improve your services for future guests.

It was very far away from the front entrance. Ground floor - no light. Cleanliness - so-so

The swimming pool and slide

When you book. They immediately contact you to extort €40 out of you to have bed linen and bath towels. After that we got two children sized towels and hand towels for a 4 “adult” sleeper and no swimming towels. Then after paying €40 cleaning fee are notified that we must wash the dishes and empty the trash. Then we had to make our beds and fit the sheets. Only one sockets works enough to charge your phone. The staff are unfriendly once they realize you have to speak in English The wheel chair/pram access/luggage ramp in the reception is so steep that it’s a lawsuit in the making. Besides being next to the railway line, it is not cheap to get to the centre of Cannes if you don’t have your own transport and the local shops next to the resort are double the price.

The only good thing about this accommodation is how close it is to the beach and the pool

The accommodation was disgusting we were given one single duvet for all 5 of us to share, the plug sockets weren’t attached to the walls properly, the ceiling light wasn’t attached properly, there was holes and burns in the sofa bed covers, the fridge was filthy, the kettle was filthy, the dishwasher was filthy, the bathroom sink was filthy, the curtains were all hanging off on the ends, the curtains were covered in grime, there were broken parts on the balcony, the units in the bedroom were broken/damaged, there was a broken glass when we got there, on the pull out bed there were slats missing so it couldn’t be slept on, the cooking hob glass was chipped and there was cracks in all of the outdoor chairs on the balcony, the air conditioning was leaking inside the accommodation and outside and more. Honestly i would suggest people to AVOID THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAYED OVER £500 for 2 nights and no matter how many times I contacted the company about the issues they just ignored me. They didn’t care that we didn’t have enough blankets (we took our own linen and towels) so had to cover our self’s at night with towels. They didn’t care about anything we had to say at all they just ignored us we had to contact them through WhatsApp the whole time just to be ignored. The place isn’t worth the money you can get better and cheaper accommodation in the same areas (even in the other side of the same building as we stayed in a different accommodation for 2 nights before and that one was cheaper and way nicer and the hosts of the other one were really kind) AVOID AVOID AVOID!
