Excelent view and big balcony. There are enough space for 5 people if you spend time on balcony. Inside is just for sleep. Location si good, hotel is near 2 train stations where you can catch train that will drive you to center of Cannes in 5 minutes, and also near hotel is bus station if you want to fo with bus. Pool and reastaurant are good, wc is good, there is always warm water, also in apartment there is a lot of plates and dishes. Also microwave, toaster, good cooker, fridge and dishwasher. There are 3 beds in one room, and bunk bad in another part of the room, so there is enough space for 5 people if you want to go on a beach, tour a cities, and spend time on balcony enjoying view and drink. Beach is 100m from hotel, you can chose where you want to swim, it is very long beach.

You need to swipe a credit card for deposit and if you lose keys or crash something, they will charge you later. Not the cleanest one, but it depends on what you expect.

Second stay. First in 2022. This stay entire 2 first weeks September. Advantage of being old (> 60). Fantastic 2023 summer in September. Plenty of space in beaches, restaurants, although too much tourists in Cannes centre. This hotel in La Bocca close to everything useful (sand beach, grocery shops, Pagoda restaurant, local Palm buses, SNCF 2 stations) It almost feels like living in the comfort of your own home. Smaller, but very practical. Air condition needed in morning, but not night Mini kitchen to cook all the fresh halal meat we could find 5 minutes away. Able to eat boeuf, poulet et merguez faites maison. Delecios Saw Oppenheimer movie in nearby Cineum. Nice place. Visited nearby islands and one of us visited Marineland Free parking under hotel. Great! Several trips to Chinese buffet places. Not obvious which one was best. All reasonable except one. Visited the exception Monday so only re-heated, ageing stuff to be found. Last year it was great. So we just did an error of choosing Monday. Visited Cannes center, including the famous port. Did not bother to visit (again) the (boring) film festival palace. Took bus to Villeneuve-Loubet. Ate in Dragon d'Or. Good fish dishes. Decent wok and healthy food. Picked up family member in Nice airport followed by a frog leg lunch near Cours Saleya (Le Frog).c One family member swam 15 hours in salt water and 2 hours in hotel pool (for kids). SEIKO watch waterproof. Got sunburnt one time. Suncream sometimes a must in September. Nobody wakes you up in the morning for cleaning room. Enjoy cleaning yourself whenever needed. Vaccuum and floor brush in cabinet. Dish washer.

Should have stayed 2 months and not 2 weeks

The view from the room was excellent and the pool was really lovely. The balcony was large and very pleasant to sit and relax. Staff at reception were excellent. Proximity to the beach was great

While clean the property is a bit dated. The area at the front was quite dirty. The living area in the apartment was quite restrictive. I certainly would not recommend for more than 2 people

This fine place is what it is. A really great value budget option that's convenient to Cannes. The unexpected cherries on top came from the lovely staff and the fact that the Med is just steps away. You're on the beach in minutes! It's 40 minute walk to Cannes by the sea. It's really quiet and chilled (off season).

It's very big - there must be 800 apartments and I was on the 7th floor but hey it's a great price so who's complaining? The room was smaller than it looked but i was by myself so it didn't matter. You'd be very squashed if you had as many people as they say will fit.

Private parking, enough space in apartment for 4 people (adults), big balcony, only 2 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to shop and bus station, 5 minutes to the train station.

No air conditioner. In September you don’t need it, but in July or August it’s a little uncomfortable if you stay in the room at the midday.

The pools were awesome! 2 big hot pools! The rooms were small, but very well equipped. Staff at the reception were very helpful and kind. The beach right across the track is incredible too!

There is no drop-off parking to perform the check-in. It creates a mess when you arrive trying to find a parking. Not a good first impression. The pool closing at 19h was a big deception. The sun is still high at that time and many people would have easily stayed until 21h in the pool.

Pool not open, common spaces seem run down, odd that you cannot go to front desk at all hours

If ever you come early when the reception is closed, you will need to wait (even the gate is locked) until it is open unless you find a staff around who can help. Also best to do the online checking before arriving to get the keys more easily.
