Great room and were given rooms next door to each other as requested which was helpful with our stay. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

There was an extra cost to use the pool which wasn't cheap and considering the cost I felt the facilities and drinks/food available there could have been better.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfortable to sleep on. The staff were very responsive to requests and came up to our room within minutes. The location of the hotel was very convenient in terms of eating places, with an excellent sashimi restuarant right next to the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

The name of the hotel is Golden Tulip Jeju, while Booking.com named it as Tulip Jeju. This created a bit of confusion as to whether we were going to the right hotel!

Service is ok, but facilities are not getting enough care. Plus, breakfast buffet was not as delicious as it used to be.

The staff was super sweet!! The EV parking spot was broken down so we got to park there which was super fortunate because by the time we got there, every other slot was taken.

The parking structure was super full. The bathroom was really loud even when we were not using it. The CU isn’t open 24/7.

Overall a nice clean hotel with a convenience store in the lobby.

The hotel made everyone wait until 3 pm to check in even though the rooms were ready. The price for breakfast was a little high. Also you had to let the desk know the night before to get the discount.

Good location, room was large and very clean and the staff were great even cooking my wife her own eggs with no milk at the breakfast buffet.

Room was spacious and clean. Our room was on the main street side, but it was very quiet. There are a few good restaurants on the other side of the street, especially the black pork bbq restaurant nearby.

Great location! Great bathroom (more western style where the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with glass). The room was big too. One of the best stays we had on our trip!

Clean and comfortable rooms, quite modern and well kept. Try the bakery around the corner, it’s really nice.

Good location for Seonsang Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji (situated in the middle of both). Breakfast was good - plenty of options. Good price. Modern rooms. Pool was warm (not deep - pleasure pool).
