We stayed here from 31st May to 2nd June and had a truly pleasant experience. On the day of our arrival, we accidentally left a small bag on the airport bus. The host kindly assisted us by contacting the bus company, and we were amazed to get our bag back in less than 15 minutes. We’re so grateful for their quick action and warm hospitality! The room was clean, bright, and fresh, with good ventilation and no stale air. All the basic toiletries were thoughtfully provided — including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste — along with clean towels. There is a cozy lounge on the rooftop where you can relax while enjoying a 360-degree view of the sea, mountains, and city. There’s also a smaller balcony on the 2nd floor next to the internet and reading area, which we found very convenient. Although there’s no kettle in the individual rooms, hot water and coffee are available in the lobbies on the 1st and 2nd floors, which worked perfectly for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again in the future!

The location was amazing. Could walk to the attractions around in the area. Plenty of dining options. Comfortable bed, fridge in the room, water dispenser, microwave and coffee machine available in lobby areas. Toiletries were of good quality. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Hairdryer, slippers. We could leave our bags after check out, which was very convenient. Bus stop to/from airport, Jeju City, Seogwipo were frquent and just around the block. Check in and check out was very easy.

If a simple breakfast of toast or cereal was provided would have been amazing to start the day. Most restaurants around the area offer seafood soup, porridge, pork noodle soup.... a little heavy if you're not used to it.

The room had the option of turning on romantic lighting, which created a very cozy atmosphere. Everything looked brand new and fresh. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complimentary bottles of juice and water in the small fridge, along with toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. There was also the convenience of making coffee and filling up with cold water whenever we needed. One of the biggest highlights was the location – just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the trail leading up Seongsan Ilchulbong, one of Jeju’s most iconic attractions. All in all, a very satisfying stay with many small details that made a big difference.

Great service through messages. We didn’t meet anyone because of our late check in due to a delayed flight, but the staff were so accommodating to help with it and leave the code. Same happened at check out, we left early to watch the sunrise and left the key at reception. Everything went smooth and the staff (in the distance) were of great help. The rooms are good value for money, nice and clean. Water was provided, as usual in Korea. Great location for early risers to walk up to Seongsan

- The owners are very attentive and helpful, despite the fact that it’s not very to communicate in English with them; - the room size is great, and it’s very clean - very close to the main attraction. The location is great for those who are visiting the area and want to be nearby all cool places; - they offer a laundry service, which helped me a lot

The place is amazing and clean. The hosts are really good and sweet people. They helped us figure out the address and plan the day really well. It was raining a lot during our return and they helped us a lot to figure out the logistics. Amazing hospitality! Super kind and amazing hosts! Very cean and comfortable room. Make sure to open the window- the one in my room had a window for privacy and behind it a regular window you can see out. Friendly and helpful staff who helped take my bag up the stairs to my room, do laundry, and answer questions. Walking distance to bus stop and entrance to Seongsan Ilchulbong. Fantastic views from rooftop.

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to Seongsan Ilchulbong with lots of food, shops, and cafes. There is a straight bus from the airport and we took buses around throughout our 3 night stay. We were there for New Years’ countdown so it was really convenient after the Seongsan Sunrise Festival. Even with the festival, the room was really good as you couldn’t hear noise outside. The place is well maintained, toilet looks new and really clean. Heating blanket provided for winter. If you are going to Udo, it is an easy walk to the port through the Olle trail which gives a beautifully rustic view. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend!

I would have liked it if bedroom slippers and more hangers were provided!

Its location is good, near Seongsan Ilchubong, within walking distance, many restaurants near it and enough parking spaces when I was there.

No electric kettle in the room and no cup for us to make coffee. However it provides a hot and cold water dispenser and a coffee machine that makes black coffee from grinding the coffee beans. My room was on ground floor near the reception so it was convenient for me.

The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is very quiet at night and it's full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There hotel has a rooftop with a really nice view of the city and Seongsan Ilchulbong. We really enjoyed our time here.
