Excellent facilities - the fitness centre and pool are great, the rooftop bar and pool is also a nice place for dinner and drinks. There was an opening party for the rooftop on the night we were there but fortunately it did not go too late so there wasn’t any disturbance to rooms below. Breakfast is OK, nothing exceptional. Staff generally helpful and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There’s also a good running/waking track along the river at the front of the hotel.

It could do with a small cafe area - to get a coffee I had to go and sit in the restaurant at a table.

The location is good, the rooms are clean & spacious. The gym & pool is also very convenient & efficient. In general, the hotel serves with an acceptable pricing when compared to similar one in the district.

Location on the riverside, near to centre of town is excellent. Room was surprisingly large & comfortable. Breakfast was decent, something there for everyone I guess. I was happy with my breakfast choices. Room service was quick and food as ordered.

Hot water was a bit slow to come through, we were on 7th floor. But worse was the water temperature in the shower oscillated between scalding hot & lukewarm though I worked out the water cycle after a while and managed to turn the water away before it got dangerous. But first time using it nearly got burnt. Not good...really need to fix that. Couldn't just put the shower nozzle up on the wall and shower normally. Had to hold it so could turn it away every time the scalding water came. Furniture was a bit dated, but still acceptable.

Location near the river was good for us, but anyway, you'll likely need a car/taxi to get anywhere. It's easy to find thanks to the river location and everyone knows where you're talking about - the ex-pat/business community knows it well, and many of the international oil companies have small offices in the building. The basement bar was a nice place to hang out after work, open late, and it had a free pool table. If you see English speakers there, most likely they work for one of the oil companies.

Very comfortable and big apartment! Very nice indoor and outdoor pools! Good equipped gym ! Central area and nice view on Ural River !

Location ,breakfast, restaurant, bar and swimming pool on the roof. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

Reception girls were kind of not interested in cheering and welcoming the guests .

Staff were very helpful. When I was late for my flight on check-out day, they checked me out very quickly, called a taxi that arrived in 5 minutes, and called the airport to let them know I was on my way. I managed to catch my flight and was extremely grateful to the reception staff.

Hot beverages available upon request from waiters instead of constant stand during breakfast. Nice view

great roof top pool area with bar. food was nice as well. Very clean hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel great value for money. Breakfast was great as well

Breakfast somehow is quite poor now. Also the hotel facilities are very old. Linens are smelly, all furniture worn down.
