Excellent staff n services. Well kept property. Awesome Guest handling on arrival. GM Mr Sengupta was extremely helpful n friendly. Mr Sengupta helped getting one suitcase (that was forgotten in their cloakroom) delivered at b'lore airport on the same day thro a Cab coming to drop another guest. It was delivered within 5 hrs of my arrival. Thanks a ton to Mr Sengupta for having organised the same thro his network/ resources which saved me going back by 160 kms/ 3.5 hrs one-way, only to pick up the suitcase. Head Chef was seen personally checking the guests satisfaction level. Good breakfast spread every morning.

Location being 1 hr drive away from the highway/ Hampi Ruins which we were primarily interested in while planning the halt.

I visited Hyatt Place Hampi again, and just like my last visit, the experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible staff, especially Garv and Mansi. I had praised them in my earlier review, and I’m so happy to say they’ve been just as amazing this time around too. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel so welcomed. It’s rare to come across such consistently exceptional service, and they truly make a difference in the overall experience. Thank you, Garv and Mansi, for going above and beyond once again. You both are a big reason I’ll keep coming back!

Our recent stay at Hyatt place Hampi turned out to be one of the mosglt relaxing hotel experiences. The property offers a blend of calm, comfort and convenience. The service was impeccable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffets were generous with a wide variety of Indian and Continental dishes. Special thanks to Monisha, Devesh, Garv, Swetha, Harsha and Krishna from the Gallery Cafe Team who were consistently cheerful, professional and attentive.

Overall facilities and food.

The room provided initially was too close to the civil work going on in the hotel. The room also had a weird smell. When we talked about this, the staff came in with a spray for it. But we asked again to change the room and then we were provided a different room. Please provide a separate room on the first complaint itself. The smell will not go away with just a spray especially when the civil work will go on for many days.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Hyatt Place Hampi! The hospitality was top-notch and truly exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to Garv, Taniya, and Mansi, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such dedicated staff. Thank you for making our visit so special. Great Breakfast and the restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located within a gated community developed and operated by the nearby steel factory which makes it safe.

The location as advertised on the website and in the hotel name is a bit misleading. The hotel is not at all close to the main attractions at Hampi or even Hampi town. However it is the close enough to travel to the sights each day as long as you have a driver. The hotel is also located very close to a large steel factory and all the associated noise from trains and sirens is unrelenting. Very little else to do or restaurant options near the hotel.

Vibe is good! Very clean, aesthetic, well maintained, very good facilities.

First thing is that, it is nearly 50Kms from Hampi. So calling it “Hyatt Place, Hampi” would be a misnomer or misleading. Secondly, food was Good! But it is really overpriced.

Very awesome stay with nice memories. The staffs there are very pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. Don't miss their welcome drink. The place is very spacious and has a lot of amenities. Hyatt is located in a township which itself is very big and nice. Overall worth the money we gave. Very worthy place. Thank you so much for the memories they gave.

The staff, including the Manager, was excellent and they went out of the way to make the stay comfortable, especially during the 52nd week. Dinner Service and Food at the restaurant was excellent. We had a-la-carte and Indian as well as Continental were all well cooked!

Serving time during the Dinner. However, the pleasantness of the staff and the food taste were worth the wait! I must add, we experienced delay on the first day and the staff ensured we never had similar delay on the remaining days!

The hotel facilities are good. Hospitable and very easy to communicate. Well behaved staff, both at check in and also at cafeteria.

Many of the inhouse staff, I think are trainees, and need more training on how to serve, how to layout the table. They are very eager to satisfy, but training will help. Plastic glasses in dining hall, does not match the hotels stature.
