We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always had a consistently pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with polite staff who are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and have very comfortable beds. One standout feature is the air pump in each room, which cools the space exceptionally well in hot weather—far better than the so-called “A/C” you often find in hotels across Eastern Europe, where a fan blows but the cooling never actually kicks in. Here, it really works, and it makes a big difference. The hotel also has a good dining room with a varied breakfast offering something for everyone. In the evenings, if the hotel restaurant isn’t open, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the town center is just a short walk away. Another plus is the safe and secure outdoor car park—very convenient for those traveling by car. Highly recommended, and we’ll certainly be returning again.

The room was incredibly clean. What also was a very welcome surprise - is that the room looked exactly just like in the photos - so I got exactly what I saw in the photos - a great looking and incredibly clean room.

A very minor inconvenience, but I would prefer to have a one use toothbrush and some toothpaste instead of vanity kit in the bathroom or shoe polish in the closet. In my case hygiene is more important than sewing or using a vanity kit.

Good breakfast, very convenient parking for cars. The city center where the main offices are located is a 5-7 minute walk. I checked into the hotel at 3:30 am and had no problems. They left the key on the desk and all they had to do was call the phone number that was written on the door. Highly recommend.

Location is in the heart of the city and near is a small lovely park where to walk. Rooms were clean, bed was so comfortable :) Breakwast was also okay and they even have a balcony so you can eat you breakfast outside. Receptionist was a lovely friendly lady who gave all instructions. Parking is free on premises.

Curtains should be blinding.

Very clean and cozy. In our room we had a kettle with a tea and instant coffee, towels and shower equipment which is very nice. Overall Smėlynė is at a very good place near the city centre. Breakfast was also very tasty!

Nothing, everything was amazing

I was arriving very late to the hotel (around 2:30 AM), when the check-in is no longer open. The hotel staff helped me by providing a door passcode, and left my room key at the reception desk. There is a self check-in machine next to the door just for cases like mine. You can pay for your room with your credit/debit card, and a room key will drop out. I have rarely seen this service in a hotel.

I have no complaints.

Perfect location, private parking lot, clean, warm and cozy room, big TV, comfortable bed, no issues with WiFi, friendly and attentive service, nice restaurant to have a breakfast at.

All was good, maybe hotel could offer EV charging (paid would be OK) in the future.

I'm not sure what i was expecting but it far exceeded whatever i had in my mind, was spotless, no ear plugs needed, the breakfast was awesome, only a few meters from the bus stop and the girl who checked me in couldn't be more helpful, a lot of other hotels could learn some lessons from her and the hotel in general, shame i didn't get a chance to say thank you.

A convenient stop on the Via Baltica. The room was comfortable and had everything that was required. Breakfast was quite good. Parking was extremely easy and free of charge. The town centre was nearby, just across the river.

Nothing really wrong, perhaps the decor is a bit dated...?

A good place to stop on the way from Poland to Riga or Tallinn. There was no problem getting to the room in the middle of the night, but you have to let them know in advance to get instructions. Clean and spacious room. Parking in front of the hotel.
