It's nice place if the weather is good. Our room was big enough. Breakfast was nothing special, good enough. Staff was friendly. Free parking. I liked the building. Bed was good. Room was clean. Kettle in room.

1. One of the worst pillows i have ever slept on. Too soft and thin, totally pointless pillow. Had to fold it to get some thickness. 2. No elevator, problem for some people. 3. Or room was on the third floor, under the roof and it had diagonal wooden beams next to the bed, so it made getting to bed and out of the bed bit tricky and dangerous - too easy to hit your head. 4. Restaurant menu is not for everyone - too much seafood and too little food with chicken. Was really hard to pick anything, had to settle with vegetarian salad, which was actually good,

The natural surroundings are beautiful, and the breakfast was enjoyable, both definite highlights of the stay.

This was our second stay, and while the facilities already felt a bit outdated back then, it’s even more noticeable now. Everything could really use some refreshing. Our room was quite dusty and stuffy, especially in the warm weather, which made it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, some of the staff came across as quite unfriendly — even a simple smile can make a big difference, regardless of language. One interaction was so unpleasant it nearly brought me to tears. The spa area didn’t feel well maintained, and the temperature contrast between the sauna (over 70°C) and the jacuzzi (only 36°C) made it difficult to fully relax.

The place itself is phenomenal. It is an old mansion, very well conserved. The staff is friendly, the chefs are incredible-and so attentive to your needs- especially during breakfast. The place offers a big garden to walk around and a safe parking area. There are even some animals like deers. We stayed there twice- the first time we got the room in the main building and it was more than ok. The second time they put us in an adjacent building and there was so hot inside that we couldn’t sleep at all even with an open window- so when you book a room mind to ask for a one in a main building. All in all a great place to stay for one night on the way to Northern Europe - very easy to reach from Via Baltica, but very quiet at the same time.

We booked the hotel to stay one night during the long car trip with our small kids. The location was perfect near the trans Baltic route. As the hotel occupies the historical castle (end of 19th century), it offers not only accommodation and restaurant, but also a nice park around the main building plus a small farm and stable with horses. In suitable weather conditions you can get a nice morning or evening walk as a bonus.

Although the hotel also invites families with children, all the interior is not really safe or suitable for the smaller ones, who look where to spend their energy after a long car sitting. There are different antique decorations all over the lobby, which are not really kids resistant or safe. Someone from the hotel personnel decided to put a heavy ceramic bust/statue on top of the lightweight old wooden tea table in the corner of the hotel lobby (place where they welcome guests). It took just 3 sec for my 2y old to pass by, after which my stay bill increased more than twice. Luckily it fell not on him, otherwise his leg could have gotten broken too :(

Very nice and responsive staff. Delicious dinner and rich breakfasts. The surroundings are perfect for those who want to breathe fresh air and feel a little bit of fancy country charm. The interior is very cool, but it would be a little better to stick to a united style, interior wise. In any case, we really liked it and will definitely visit again, but this time in the summer. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Jacuzzy bubbles function didn't work properly.

Our experience was amazing. The property, with its multiple buildings and expansive surrounding lands, was truly impressive. The service was fantastic; every need was met, including our numerous requests. We arrived after 10 PM, when the hotel restaurant was supposed to be closed. However, we were able to place an order in advance, and warm food was served to us upon our arrival. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Old manor house with adjacent buildings and park which hosts among other things small exhibition about manor's history, horse stable and pasture, mini zoo and open air art objects. Nice place for evening stroll in the countryside. As hotel guests we were given a coupon for complimentary zoo visit which was gladly used next morning.

Most of the food is not replenished and many tastier options run out well before announced end of the breakfast. They never replied to my inquiry about beer tasting which is advertised on manor's website.

Great location on the way. Close to the main road, but not a typical motel or hotel right next to the road. Very beautiful old manor ja exceptional garden with high glass scultures.

Would have been interesting to sleep in the manor house and not in the separate building, which is the actual place for guests to sleep. The manor may not have rooms for guests anymore.

The place is so unreally nice - we couldn't believe it! The park and main building are so nice. We didn't live in other buildings - so no idea, but I am sure everything is great in this place

Maybe the breakfast could be a little longer but that's ok. And it's tricky to get to the main building with luggage since you have to park outside.

The place and surroundings were really nice and taken care of. There were animals also on the property from horses to goats. Breakfast was ok, was maybe missing on the healthy options but there was plenty to eat. Can recommend, it is easy access from Via Baltica but even though relatively close it was still quiet.
