Clean rooms, a simple self check-in, a free private parking is available, good breakfast (sausages, eggs, vegetables, fruits, coffee, etc.), good location, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around.

The only thing that really disappointed me was the behavior of guests from neighboring rooms. On the second floor, the rooms facing the inner courtyard overlook the roof of an adjacent extension. In the morning, I was woken up by noise and voices, and when I opened my eyes, I saw a couple of people standing right outside my window in just shorts, smoking and drinking coffee. It was an extremely unpleasant incident. There was no one at the reception desk in the morning, so I reported it to one of the staff members during breakfast. They told me they would look into it, and that was the end of it.

The rooms are stylish and clean, clearly better than expected. The self check-in went fine. Overall, good value for money. Perfect for one night.

The breakfast was mediocre - for a 4*-property (which it claims to be). The very limited reception hours (they close at 6 PM) mean that there is very little contact with other humans, and no real additional services available. Or facilities of any kind. In short, you stay in this hotel to sleep and nothing else. By all means, it is a motel rather than a traditional hotel. And as such it is absolutely fine, with a big plus for the quality of the rooms.

Self check-in is the best idea, we were stuck in a traffic jams on highway and arrived quite late, luckily, we had all codes and were able to get in. The room itself is nice, clean, it has an air conditioning, but it doesn’t have a small fridge or we simply didn’t find it. The only thing is the room is full of carpets and heavy curtains, so it’s not perhaps suitable for people who have allergies. The breakfast is fine, not rich and not fancy, but has everything you would need - boiled sausages, pancakes, vegetables, croissants, etc. There is no a coffee machine, they serve only americano. The bed is large and comfortable.

Surprisingly great experience during our stay in Ukmerge. Hotel is located in a fully renovated building - access is provided through smart locks, communication was timely and clear. Rooms are clean, there is enough space, facilities are all working well. Breakfast is served and is delicious. Private parking is available on site. Would definitely recommend for couples and families with kids.

Shower needs a little fix for water pressure to be improved. Otherwise superb quality and good value for money.

The hotel located bang in the middle of the city. The large car park right behind the property and was very easy to park. Modern room with very large bathroom. It's very hard to fault on anything. We stayed during the weekend and large buffet breakfast was served. Very good coffee indeed. Breakfast included variety of breads, cold meat cuts and cheese, hot offerings, pastries and pancakes. Superb!

Pillows were very flat. Would be nice to have a better choice.

Our second visit to "BigStone" to see what changed and what had not. Service: really good. We were able to check-in some 2 hours earlier. Lady at the desk was helpfull and able to aid us. Room: we got one at second floor with almost everything we needed. Including stuff you would find on higher level hotels, like bathrobe or pencil-paper just in case you want to write down anything. Room was really clean with nothing bad to find. Breakfast: it's just standard with what I thought to be little choices. 2 types of meat, 1 type of cheese, 3 types of vegetables...and 1 type of coffee (which is just "coffee"). Overall - a stay was pleasant one. Restaurant has improved and is still popular. Hotel is good and worth staying at.

Still one keycard for 2 persons. No refrigerator and airconditioner in the room. In summers like now, these are a must for 4* hotel. Sound isolation sometimes was not good. We could clearly hear what people in the corridor were talking about. Limited choices of breakfast.

We booked 2 rooms for our family in this lovely Ukmerge's hotel. Staying here for the second time. It is beautifully decorated, facilities are great. Rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was tasty. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Room faced the street, so it got a bit noisy from traffic when the window was open at night - we tried to avoid using the air-conditioning.

Tea kettle or fridge would be nice extra. Not much staff available, only in the morning. But we didn't have any problems.
