We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as we have for the past 18 years as loyal visitors. While the hotel is no longer new, it consistently exceeds our expectations. The staff's friendliness and dedication to going the extra mile to meet guests' needs are truly exceptional. This level of service, combined with the hotel's location and closeness to nature, is what keeps us coming back year after year. Additionally, the restaurant has been offering a very tasty menu recently, which has added even more value to our experience.

Friendly staff Location is great - close to lake. Restaurant food is tasty. Nice that we could borrow boat (free of charge) and swim around the lake. Lake houses are spacious and perfect for families - has a terrance, small fridge and kitchen.

We would have liked the breakfast to start earlier (maybe from 08 or 08:30, at least for our family it was difficult to wait until 09). The houses could use a brush-up or a small renovation ( f.eks the floors could be oiled).

We loved the surroundings; restaurant and food; rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful location. There was parking as well. The restaurant and reception staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. There is also a live music in the evenings at the restaurant, which is a nice touch. You can sit outside if it's warm. We hope we will come again.

We lacked facilities in the room such as kettle and small fridge, which could be very useful.

Breakfast was good, although a few additional options would be great. The food in the restaurant was really good. The location is great, close to the lake. The staff was truly amazing, really helpful and assisting. We had a great time swimming in the lake and enjoying our late evenings by the Villa. We loved our stay but it could have been slightly better.

The beach even though it was sandy, the lakeside was weedy and muddy which wasn't great for our children. The apartment was clean but outdated, beds weren't comfortable. No room conditioner, it was hot to sleep.

Very good location and very nice atmosphere. The rooms were nice and cozy.

The SPA are was small and a little run down, but the hotel tries its best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible by providing amenities that are not usually not found in “higher class” hotels.

Great location and beautiful surroundings. The cottage was very spacious with separate bedrooms which is very comfy for a family with kids.

The facilities are not very modern. Also, the swimming pool was open from 4 till 7pm in April which was a bit of disappointment for the kids.

Vacation houses are in a very nice area in the forest by the lake. Staff is polite and helpful. It is nice time to spend in nature. There are entertainment suggested to have good time there (boats, tennis, basketball, football, etc.). Breakfast is good as well.

Vacation houses and main building need some upgrades (renovation). As well the smell of water (iron) from the tap is quite strong. Pillows could be bigger and better quality. More attention to cleaning would be good as well.

Beautiful large area, surrounded by forest and silence. Nearby there is a lake and forest animals. The house was spacious and well heated. There is a restaurant and spa on site

From the photo it seemed that the house was newer, but it was obvious that there had been no cosmetic renovation for a long time. The menu in the restaurant is modest. The spa is very small, the pool is cold

- it was very difficult to find a massage room as there were no directional signs - beds could be more comfortable
