The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the SPA were on another level especially the receptionists they went above and beyond to make sure you are relaxed and have everything you need. As the name suggests the SPA and the pool etc were the best part of this hotel.

I didn't enjoy the food in the restaurant too much, for such healthy overpriced food I was surprised by how bland it was. Also it's not the hotels issue or maybe anyone else's but the place was full of children. I was in shock by how many people brought there kids because the hotel is advertised as a relaxing and peaceful spa but literally everyone had kids. Not sure if this is the normal clintelle for the hotel but just a heads up.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort were evident throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet surprises left in my room, adding a personal touch that made me feel truly special. The quality of the massages was exceptional. The therapists were highly skilled, and each session left me feeling relaxed. The overall service at the spa was impeccable, with every need anticipated and met with a smile. The restaurant also exceeded my expectations, offering healthy, delicious food that catered to my dietary preferences. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat.

While there were many positive aspects of my visit, I wanted to bring a particular issue to your attention. For two mornings in a row, around 7 a.m., there was significant noise outside my window from trash gathering workers or others providing food for the hotel. This disturbance impacted my ability to rest and enjoy my stay fully. I hope you can address this issue to ensure a more peaceful experience for future guests.

A variety of food is provided for breakfast, which is wonderful, especially the herring. Very tasty freshly baked bread. The service staff is professional. I rate the restaurant 5 stars. The environment is nicely arranged, the meadow is cut, flowers are blooming everywhere. The entire spa staff is helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The staff working in the pool take care of all small children very attentively. The children's playroom is well equipped and very comfortable with small children.,as well as a large children's playground next to the spa.

Car parking is outside spa building

Perfect location close to an old forest full of blueberries, very calm surroundings and a perfect location for a relaxing family getaway. The staff takes great care of families with kids, there are tons of activities, a playground, a sand beach to play volleyball, also lots of toys for little ones to dig around in the sand. The pool is small but well-equipped with swimming gear for kids and enough toys in the kiddy pool. Restaurant staff and food quality were top-notch, with lots of healthy choices even for picky toddlers.

The location is quite small and one should manage expectations for spending time at the pool, it's quite small and can get crowdy on a busy weekend. Yet when you get there, you understand that there's no need for it to be bigger, because the great outdoors is just right there :)

Very nice family's room with 2 bedroom's. Cozy environment and helpful staff. SPA area where you can spend time with kids. Located in very calm area near forest. Best place for relaxation and calm time.

Even those family's room was very spacious, but electric hob is must when traveling with small children's. Food variety in restaurant for children's was quit poor but manageable.

Breakfast was very diverse. Hotel is located in the Forest. There is a children playground outside and children playroom indoors, small children pool in the SPA area. Rooms have a good variaty of climate control measures: AC, floor heating. Sound isolation is good.

Water in the big swimming pool could be few degrees warmer.

The hotel room was okay, a bit small; the facilities of the spa were great, but I wish there were more pools or saunas. Sometimes it felt a bit crowded. The breakfast was exceptional, the first morning we were so amazed, we were very excited to have breakfast the next morning there again!

The room did not have a convenient place to hand the robes, therefore sometimes we had to wear damp robes to go to the spa.

Small things, the pillows were either extra large or extra small. I wanted something in the middle so I could sleep comfortably. The restaurant is a bit overpriced considering the price and quality. of the bigger things, the accommodation is too expensive in terms of value for money. Even after weighing all the pluses.

Not our first time at this spa, and we love everything about it – a small, cozy hotel, excellent service, fantastic massages, and consistently high-quality food, from breakfast to dinner from the menu. The beauty of the surroundings and nature is breathtaking. We’ll return as soon as we can.
