Everything was excellent. I was treated to a free room upgrade & I must say the suite was exceptional. There was an issue with the electronic lock on the door - solved by way of physical key. I also left a personal item at the hotel, who contacted me promptly to advise & arranged to return via post. Excellent service & hotel.

The breakfast is a traditional continental buffet - there were no hot options available, nor were there takeaway cups for coffee / tea. The food offering however was very good.

Central location, the hotel is just around the corner from the main street with restaurants. Friendly staff, good spacious size room with seating area.

Noise. The hotel is situated in a busy street and our room was above a bike storage facility. Being a holiday weekend there was quite a bit of noise into the early hours and then I was woken up by the bin lorry collecting glass bottles at 6am. My husband slept through it all though!! The earplugs were a nice touch.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Great design of rooms. Very inviting and confortable. Big bed with the right pillows. Great shower too.

The in-room coffee machine was anything but intuitive to use so had to get my coffee fix in the breakfast room (the staff was very keen to help me when I explained)

Friendly and helpful staff. Good bed, decent room facilities. Good breakfast with perfectly cooked boiled egg. Liked the coffee form the in-room coffee machine. Very central location.

Not a problem but parking about a 10 minute walk away, though you can drive to the front door for drop-off/pickup. At 20E per day a bit expensive

Great set up. Stylish and comfortable room - with big sofa bed for our child. Friendly and helpful staff and easy communication before and during our stay. The hotel is very central so there is some street noise (earplugs are helpfully provided) - this was fine for us mid week but something to bear in mind if you stay (closer to) the weekend.

Well for me the location is great from The Duke , in the middle of everything , shops and restaurants and bars around the corner so that super.

I like the hotel , but am sorry guys I need to tell it like it is : The Shower is great , but the Rain shower head needs to be change in Room 16 because the water goes everywhere and is not a good idea that I need to dry everything up because of water all over. At some point a friend of mine pointed out to me that there was water walking down from the wall on window sides and it was all over the place and we notice it was wet and it seems to be condensed because the room gets warm. And make sure that the shower gel and body lotions in the room are full or change for the next guest because they where not full at all. The power outlets should be a bit more visible for people to find.

Car parking is a nightmare within the city itself, this a draw back for the hotel. That said to understand the road network to the city itself is very complicated.

Clean, very comfortable, great location, good price. Very convenient to central 's-Hertogenbosch and an easy walk to the train station, would stay again if I'm in the area

The shower offered no privacy, while this was not a problem for me as I was traveling alone, but this may not be a good option for families or business travelers traveling together. Wifi was unsecured.

It was centrally located great place to explore the beautiful city a stones throw away from the cathedral. Also the staff were very friendly & helpful.

nothing really everything was great we had a wonderful 5 days stay. Admittedly there isn’t any parking at the hotel but 4 mins walk there is a covered car park.

Lovely theme, food, room, and staff. Clean, quiet, and an excellent breakfast.

The security services that are supposed to facilitate a late check in did not do their job and I waited outside for 40 minutes. The hotel and staff were truly lovely, but this cannot happen.
