1.toilet wc is positioned on a raised floor , its difficult to use 2. toilet door is opening towards the was counter , it can be done opposite 3.they didnt clean the room after one night stay , even after i personally informed the manager at reception , they got almost 10 hours to do this , we wen out and asked to do the cleaning 4.didnt fill tea and coffee ,it forced me to call reception at 11 pm and asked for it , the good thing is they supplied it without failure 5.if they can make an access to the beach from their property it will enhance the feel of staying there ,but its depends on government policies , just a suggestion

Perfect place if you are a beach lover… Perfect view of Arabian Sea and also the cliff… With Best View and Instaworthy Property where every corner has a unique view. They have 3 types of room. Its better to book Deluxe Room or Suite to get more wonderful experience because we booked standard room which was very cozy n small with no view from the room at all. The size of the room was very small but overall loved the property. You need to have your own vehicle or you need to rent one because you can reach the property by local transport(Auto) but if you wish to go out then you need to walk 1.5KM to main road for Auto. They have their own restaurant which serves all day menu and they have wide range of options. You can enjoy your coffee or evening tea with the best view of Arabian Sea. Buffet Breakfast is also great & they change their menu every single day. We had A typical Kerala style Curry, Puttu, Poori Bhaji, Muttu (Jaggery & Coconut), French Toast, Cornflakes , Juices , Fruits , Tea Coffee & Bread Butter Jam. So overall they have good options. Staff at Reception as well as at Restaurant are very kind and professional as well as helpful. Mr Liju - Restaurant Manager was really helpful and was able to take our feedback politely.

The Room Size was very small and no View from inside the room. They should keep either Dosa or One common Item every day so people from outside of Kerala can enjoy more. (Restaurant manager said they have fresh menu everyday but they should keep plain dosa & Masala Dosa from Live section everyday)

Location is fantastic. The sea appears to be at touching distance with waves lapping up against the Resort wall. Sitting on the terrace gives the feeling of being on the deck of a ship. Rooms are very clean, spacious with nice furnishings. Food is also very good. Resort Staff is extremely courteous and efficient. Mr. Faisal at front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast spread was average and could be better. The free Wi-Fi at the resort had very poor speed and needs improvement.

The property is at a very good location and the view of ocean is unmatched. The rooms are very tastefully done. Really liked the overall color theme of the property. Staff is very helpful (especially the two North Indian Ladies from Agra who you will find in the Harbour Restaurant. They were very helpful and went out the way to share information about nearby places. The staff is very well groomed. I don't think there is any other property which can match the view, location, and comfort of State Beach Resort.

Very limited options in breakfast. They should at least accommodate requests for regular South India food items like Dosa, Vada, and Idli if not Appam etc.

One of the premium room in kannur the customer service was amazing they were very quick to react on problem (had power cut issue they fixed with in 15 mins) and very support in arranging transport. Booked from booking. Com price was on the higher end but worth every penny. We reached one hr early they tried to accommodate earlier than the check in time. Restaurant food was amazing and very tasty was served at room with sea view it was a good lunch and dinner Special thank to gautham and fasizal

Location is perfect. The ambience is excellent. The staff are very helpful. Whatever we ordered at the restaurant was delicious.

Of our 3 rooms, two were excellent but one (112) had an odour ( musty? ). The staff tried multiple times to fix it but they were unsuccessful

Almost all the things were in place but it's individuals requirements which are different. Room was good staff was excellent. Food was good Above average place

Nice hospitality, nice ambience

The dishes were not worth the money. The taste was also not so good. We asked for a non-smoking room, But the washroom was used for smoking by someone which was so irittating.
