The staff is a highlight. They are warm, friendly and kind. They have a lot of good recommendations if you need them. We told them our plans and told us what to expect and what to avoid or consider. It was invaluable. They also allowed us to have breakfast earlier the day we departed. The facilities are beautiful and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the spa (included) and a massage (not included)

If there was only one suggestion is to rotate breakfast diversity. Otherwise good!

The hotel was amazing. the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the terrace beatiful.The view from the room was breathtaking with the mountains surrouding us. The pool and garden were very relaxing. The gym was fully equipped too. The breakfast was great with loads of different options.

This is an absolutely lovely place. The facilities are great. The rooms are great too. The staff were wonderful. We stayed in two room types and both were large and well equipped. There is a pool. Breakfast is awesome. Huge selection .

Dinner was mediocre. Were only ate in the restaurant one night then went elsewhere.

Very clean, quiet, tastefully furnished and decorated along with a good location. Just a short walking distance to the main plaza. We had the largest room which had plenty of space along with a small kitchen and a big deck.

Did not like the one dinner we had. The breakfasts were very adequate. The room was too hot. It is built facing west so that the curtains had to be kept drawn in the afternoon or it would be even hotter. It was either windy or too hot or cold (evenings) to use the deck. The rooms could use better lighting.

Excellent hotel with lovely views of the mountains. Peaceful location. Secure parking. Really helpful staff greeted us & gave useful information of sights to see & where to eat. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean with all you could want/need. Good attention to detail, including lots of sockets in all the right places! Great location, just a short walk to the main square. Good breakfast selection with eggs cooked to order. Lovely pool & separate spa area with hot tub which you reserve & have it to yourself. One of the best places we have stayed.

Beautiful location with views over town & mountains. Staff was exemplary offering great day trip info & handling personal details. Rooms are modern & large with local stone. A pool & spa onsite. Property is lovely & well kempt. Private car parking. Would stay again.

Inevitable dog barking at night in Tilcara can’t be helped.

In the town of Tilcara on a quiet street but walking distance from the center located a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large. We got a villa which included a bedroom, living room with an extra bed small kitchenet large bathroom and a balcony facing a nice size swimming pool. They have a jacuzzi and a massage room. The restaurant serves breakfast included which was nice. We ate dinner here all three nights. They serve fine food at great prices and the service was very good and friendly. I truly enjoyed our stay here and recommend the hotel!

It is probably the best hotel in Tilcara. Everything was as advertised in Booking.com. We stayed in the suite which is actually like a small apartment, very comfortable and clean.
