Extremely welcoming lovely pleasant reception and bar staff Lovely to eat snd drink there Very comfortable. Great barman waitress and receptionist. Vaue for money was exceptional in fact the best I have ever experienced. Homely atmosphere while clean and well kept. Prices were very good for food and drink. This is a really good hotel and many could learn from the work ethic of the staff of this hotel Well done.

Absolutely nothing l7ft maybe a bit small but thats nitpicking.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful. There is someone available at all times, and the cafe/restaurant attached is great. Especially thanks to Quentin, Karim, and Laurine for their service.

The room sadly had a leak and a musky smell, but the hotel did everything they could to make our experience comfortable.

Good clean room and nice staff and cafe. The location was great, close to train station. There is a lift to manage luggage. There is easy access into and out of the hotel.

Not much to say. For the price it was solid.

The room was very nice and clean. Well presented and a comfortable bed.

The only thing I noticed that wasn't right was a plug socket wobbly in the wall under the tv when I tried to charge my phone. I used the socket next to the bed instead, and all was well.

Great location and views from 5th floor. Good sized balcony. Close to train station and it's quite a pretty area. There's a lift, always a good thing when travelling with small kids and large suitcases. Toilet separate from bathroom is also a rare plus for a budget hotel.

Staff a bit surly - perhaps understaffed and too busy(?) So maybe a better reflection on the hotel and not the individual.

A good Hotel. Separate entrance from the reception and dining room, elevator, air conditioning, and some rooms with french balconies. Five minutes from the bus and train station.

Rate was high for facilities however it was during the rugby World Cup so all accommodation rates were inflated so it was expected

The location is great, the staff is very welcoming, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a lift and the air conditioner, which is quite rare in Toulon's hotels.

The shower with a curtain is very uncomfortable it is better to have a shower cabin. Small fridge would be a big plus!

Kind staff, big bathroom and nice cafe next door.

Small elevator and parking paid in hotel, with the card which didn't work in the garage.
