1) The swimming pool was very nice for kids. 2) Morning meal was great and had the various menus. 3) Staffs were kind and supportive. 4) There were many restaurants and cafe in the building which were nice places for those who have kids.

1) Check-in process was uncomfortable. It took about an hour for the check-in. Understand that it was a special holiday(Children's Day), but there were not any notification about the delay. There was an app for the notification, but I had to stay on the page for the refresh. And expected time for the check-in was not provided.

Pillows, many type to choose from for our good night sleep. Baby cot is available for my 1 year old, and bed fence is available for my 4 years old, we also can rearrange the beds to 1 big bed since we co sleep our kids.

Luckily we booked 2 rooms, otherwise we have to choose either a baby cot or a bed fence because either of these is only available 1 per room.

Great location, great rooms, lots of food options in the area

Only complaint was that the gym was quite small and could have had a better set of equipment. Swapping out a couple of the cardio machines for a double pulley machine and some free weights would make it a lot better

the actual property was really nice. great facilities and access to lots of shops and eateries.

this property is NOT in Seoul. it ended up costing us a lot of money I’m taxi fare. the trips to Seoul were almost an hour long and costly. even taxi drivers refused trips there from Seoul station.

Good breakfast with Korean and Western options. Friendly staff. We appreciated that the hotel was attached to a mall, which made it convenient to find eating options. It's also accommodating of international travelers, with the electrical sockets accepting pretty much every type of plug I can think of.

- It's very far from a subway station - not walking distance. - You need to take two different elevators to get to your room from either the ground floor or parking garage. - The lobby is not easily accessible from your car, unlike most hotels which have a drive up option to the lobby. This requires you to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, which is especially inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. - Didn't get to try the pool but the gym is minimal - just a few machines and a bench with some weights.

Friendly and professional front desk. Meticuluosly clean, spacious and quiet room, and for me in walking distance where I had to work. Good value for the money, and I will definitely stay there again. On the first day, I could even arrange an early check-in free of charge.

Lobby is on the 3rd floor, hard to drop off and pick up. No smoking area even outside hard to find, Extra water is not free of charge

Foods were very nice and service was good. Spacious parking lot was also good. Swimming pools for kids are nice and our kids like those.

1) In the restaurant for breakfast, I hope that when the staff wipe out with cleaning dispenser, that micro mist can fly over to other food. Please, shorten the distance in between the nozzle of dispenser and fabric towel to wipe out on the table. Then it will prevent micro chemical liquid from flying around. 2) Swimming time is divided so short and limited its entry to once per a night.

Did not eat in restaurant and others area fast food no restaurants. Staff extremely helpful to get taxi for us back to Seoul. Love the big fluffy towels. Happy staff

Taxi driver had difficulty finding entrance to drop and did a couple of circuits

There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. There is however a nice pub in the mall where the hotel is located. Also be aware that the hotel is not able to issue a hotel bill at checkout when booking through booking.com! They claim that booking.com will issue a bill and receipt, but this is not correct.
