The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

Very good location. Just 2 min walk from the Pangyo Metro Station and to Hyundai Department Store. The fitness and sports facilities are top class. They have Sauna, Swimming Pool and Gym. The Laundry Wash and Go is very affordable. Almost all staff can speak good English. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great environment for work and relaxation. Great Wifi (which was a must for me to take some work calls), I also appreciate the convenient amenities and the delicious breakfast options offered.

Must have a first aid box on each floor. I accidentally cut my finger and the front desk told me over a call that she will be able to send a first aid kit in 15-20 mins. On weekends, many local families have the opportunity to bring their children for a weekend getaway, which is great. However, this influx can lead to overcrowding in the swimming pool, lifts and breakfast area for hotel guests. I observed that room pricing for the same date varies among guests, as my friend, who stayed at the hotel during the same dates, paid considerably less than I did. Despite this, I had a positive experience overall and will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The venue is very new and extremely clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful.The gym is huge, very clean, with a nice view, water and towels, new Tahnogym machinery. The pool is a super plus. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

The area is a business area, quite far from usual POIs.

The pool was excellent. Breakfast very good. Very close to train station.

Breakfast cost was very expensive compared to other food outlets and other nearby hotels. However three cultures were provided for.

Breakfast was good but $50 is rather expensive. Amazing variety of dishes available. Very good quality.

we liked the location close to public transportation and the clean facility

checkin process was very slow and disorderly. we arrived early and was told that we have to come back at 3pm but then we returned there were too many guests to check in and sent us to the last of line in cue which made no sense
