My stayed at the EBO Hotel Hangzhou Wulin and was thoroughly impressed by its cutting-edge design and smart technology Standout Features: ✔ Ultra-Modern, High-Tech Rooms – The room was a tech-lover’s dream! From centralised control on lighting and curtains to the smart TV and conveniently bluetooth your mobile phone music to speaker too. The sleek, minimalist aesthetic added a luxurious touch. ✔ Impeccable Cleanliness & Comfort – Despite being a short stay, the room felt pristine and inviting, with a superb ergonomic workspace and a cloud-like bed perfect for recharging. ✔ Efficient Service – The front desk staff were welcoming and processed my day-stay booking smoothly. I was also courteously and helpfully assistance by both 郎雅婷 and 张小玲 who gladly assisted us to faciliate the Didi drivers to the hotel lobby so that we do not need to goto the road side to wait for the Didi hired cars. ✔ Great Location – Centrally located in Wulin, it was easy to access business hubs, shopping, and dining spots within minutes. Close to metro. Facility appeared to be new and clean, and didn’t smell like smoke, ever. Very friendly staff. Laundry room was easy to access and free. Free snacks were refilled every day. AC was easy to use.

Bed was too hard. Automatic music playing upon entering the room was rather unnecessary. Window had poor noise isolation and sometimes one hears loud music from the park nearby (thankfully not between 22:00-7:00 and not every day). No minibar, nowhere to store milk. :(

The room is cozy and warm. There's welcome music and a control panel for lighting and curtains, which is interesting. The breakfast is decent, I like it. There are a variety of choices, but overall the taste is yummy, the atmosphere is cozy, and it feels like having a home-cooked meal. Great & convenient location. However there are 2 EBO hotels, not far from each other, so be careful not to book a taxi to the wrong one. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so a translation tool is recommended.

Very nice small hotel in very central location, near Subwaystation WuLinMen. Very friendly service staff. The room is quite big with a sofa and a table. We had a room with balcony and view of the canal. The breakfast room has connection to a lovely small garden. Very useful is also the wash machine an dryer on the roof terrace, for free.

The only strange thing is that the shower cabine and the WC share one single door.

Great position, just a few minutes walk from the tube/subway station and about twenty minutes walk to the West lake via Wulin road. Kind and helpful staff. Very comfy, king-size bed. Surely recommended!

The view from the window, which overlooked a back staircase, but not a major issue once the blinds were rolled down.

The location was ideal as it is near to wulin night market and it is walkable distance to big malls.

Nothing to complain about for the price. The only part was that because the toilet was abit of an open air concept so if someone takes a dump, the other party can hear sounds and smell. But honestly, this is a small issue.

The location is fantastic and the design of the hotel is modern. Breakfast is not bad considering the price. There’s a complimentary laundry machine which is an added advantage

The music that came on every time I entered the room. It was good music but became a bit monotonous.

Helpful staff and great location - very close to metro station, very close to main shopping area (I think it’s 1 station away from the hotel); clean and spacious room; nice breakfast (buffet).
