A very homely hotel in a good location. Opened in 2002, it's a bit dated, but excellent service in all departments 24 x 7. I was in touch with Sanjeev Thakur and Aman Thakur even before checking into the hotel. Khovindra and Neha at the front desk, with eternal smiles, helped me check in efficiently. Was upgraded to one of their better rooms on request. The room size was enormous and comfortable with a balcony overseeing the main road and the Beas river. Constant sound from the water gushing in the river is both calming and healing. I had opted for a MAP with breakfast and dinner included in my plan. Breakfast buffet was good and filling, though the choices were pretty limited. Dinner was served in buffet based on occupancy. But overall dining experience was good with friendly staff available for any request. Yashpal at the bar was helpful and efficient. Parking was available and safe. Separate accommodation was available for my driver. Overall an excellent experience. Would love to come back again.

The hotel faces the NH3 and at times, the noise from passing vehicles becomes quite unbearable. Though parking is available, it becomes very congested on high occupancy. It takes time for hot water to reach the bathroom since the water heater is located in the far end of the building. You need to keep the tap running for 5 minutes before getting hot water. Cleanliness of the room could be improved.

good location, large spacious rooms, will defintely recommend to others, though there was some initial hesistancy allowed me early check in house keeping staff exceptionally well thanks to the unknown person who decorated our bed daily

narrow lift, buffet break fast should have variety staff at reception not even smiling, should be more professional and should interact with guests and ask their needs though i have no specific complaints against them plz keep a hair dryer if asked for

My recent stay at Renest river country resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and a complimentary beverage. The room was spacious, immaculately clean,The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, Dining at the hotel was a gourmet experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. My stay at the Renest River Country was an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend to anyone

the only signigicant issue was lift. it was frequently out of order, causing inconvenience I hope the management can address this problem soon to improve the overall guest experience

Our stay during the family trip to Manali was amazing! All thanks to Renest, from the moment I stepped into the hotel along with my family, the service provided to us was on point. The staff was polite and caring, they made sure we had all what we needed. The family suite we stayed in was very comfortable and neat along with the beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel staff had done towel art on one of the beds when we had given the room for cleaning by which my younger daughter (9 years old) was fascinated, and requested for it to be done on her bed as well, the staff very happily did that which made the experience for our younger daughter even more pleasant. The food throughout our stay was delicious, from pancakes and eggs at breakfast to spaghetti and desserts for dinner along with a lot more options, the multi cuisine food provided was perfectly cooked. The live music night and activity zone where one could play snooker, carrom board and table tennis was another wonderful added experience. Overall we had a wonderful experience at the property and would love to stay at another renest property soon.

I came during a time when there was torrential downpours and road collapses . My driver wasn’t able to make it to the hotel but the hotel staff came through difficult conditions to get me and carried my luggage a distance to their vehicle. Once there I was treated like a king. The general manager was great and we had great discussions. His staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they as well respect him very much . Big shout out to Vijay, thanks my man ha ha . To you all, thanks for a memorable stay !!!

Great location with hospitable staff, clean rooms and really good food. Buffet food was worth every penny! The staff was very cooperative and the room services were also very swift. The property’s proximity to most of the tourist hotspots in Manali, makes it a great value for money. Major shout-out to the staff for decorating our room for my partner’s birthday as a complimentary service. It was a lovely surprise and we would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to the staff for the same!

We were really looking forward to a spa at the property after our hike, but unfortunately the facility wasn’t available at that time. However, it did not cause us any discomfort as such. We were able to relax really well in the warm and cozy room with a fireplace and view of mountains and the Beas River.

Staff were amazing especially front office Mgr Nishant at the front office and Restaurant Manager Sikandar who had welcomed guests with a smile on his face and looked after them very well. Finally two very young and pleasing hostesses - Sejal & Komal were very helpful and caring too every time we stepped into the Restaurant for our breakfast and dinner. Overall a fascinating experience and will strongly recommend this property to other future guests.

The Hotel was not centrally heated which was something we didn't quite like but room heating was nice and good and kept us warm

Hotel can work a little more on the lighting in rooms. Could add some cooler and brighter colour.

The Renest is a brilliant hotel, it is pretty near mall road and access from the main road is super easy. The staff was really great, and the facilities like the spa and bath in the room are excellent. The Food was exceptionally great. They also have a play area for kids, if you are traveling with them.

The Wifi or the Mobile network is pretty weak inside the room. Wifi won't work correctly. Even your mobile network would work only near the windows. There are some points where the network would work. But, if you are a person who uses the internet while lying in the bed. That isn't gonna happen here, mate!

The room was very spacious. The location is brilliant, from where you can see the snow capped mountains. We got 2 big balcony rooms. Their staff is extremely courteous, extremely proactive and very helpful. They are available at the drop of a hat. The quality of food I was extremely good too.
