Its very spacious

The room had no heater even though it was -2 degrees, so we had to pay an additional fee for a heater in the room. As the room is very spacious, the one single rod heater was not heating up the room. It was very uncomfortable and freezing as well.

Food was acceptable.

Unprofessionalism of everyone there. The MD is constantly at the property to receive special treatment from his own staff, is too much interfering, extremely rude and nonprofessional. Everything about my stay was very bad: location, cleanliness, room size, food and above all the owners of the property who are all the time there. The staff does not bother about your complaints. For example, they didn't provide us with towels for 2 days even after requesting them again and again and when the geyser was not working on the last day they didn't even bother to fix it even after complaining. The worst experience of my life so far.
