The hotel is located in an amazing location and gives you a pristine view of snow kissed mountains.

Avoid using the travel desk provided by this hotel named "Happy Manali tours".. local sight seeing is ok with them but this travel agent is not reliable for outstation travel, he changes car/drivers even without speaking with you (initially promised that he will give same cab), They changed my travel to another car where his trunk was already half loaded with some items (seems they are doing parcel service also) and our luggage had to be squeezed which damaged my trolley. They shifted my luggage without asking us and I noticed the damaged suitcase while off boarding at destination.

The ambience, the staff and most importantly the place was excellent for couples to stay, I wish we could not have extra plans or else we could have stayed there for a week, cuz more you look at the moutains from that hotel especially balcony, you will feel like owning that house at any cost. Stay was excellent and appropriate guidance by the staff for us to visit locations was commendable.

Overall it was a great stay at Mountain Face hotel. Good and polite staff, Good Manager (Balwant Thakur), very cooperative and helped me getting late check out when he saw I was with family with 2 kids, great people of Hotel. Food was just awesome, must try if you are staying at this hotel and recommend to al Manali Travellers to try this hotel once. Travel Desk - It was again getting handled by another Gem of a person, Mr Happy, he was great man and tour coordinator, he provides good tour with very good vehicles.

Heater could have been better but it was ok.

The view from Room is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. They allowed us to check in early morning at no cost. Which allowed us to relax and rejuvenate after a hectic journey of a night before. The food in restaurant is good as well. Restaurant has a view as well amazing when you wakeup and have sumptuous breakfast with view of mountain and snow clad peaks. The name of the hotel is true to its name mountain face. About the property its not superlatively fancy but surely exceeds your basic expectations when you are thinking it as a budget hotel.

Some of the Dishes in restaurant are a bit on a expensive side. Its okay to charge higher but when you pay an extra buck you expect it to be really top notch which we found was lacking.

Hotel employees are really nice and very welcoming. Balwant ji at the reception is really cool person. This is my 3rd stay in this property. And other staff is very down to earth. I will stay again here. I was staying with my french friend. He was very happy with the view and room.

I like everything about this place.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is at the extreme end from the road, towards the mountain. if you are at the right time of the year in this hotel, you will definitely not miss out the spectacular view with green and white.

Complete let down and only single negative point of this property is that they do not have sufficient parking for cars. Also, the route to the hotel becomes extremely narrow in the end and cars like Innova or Scorpio have to deal with very narrow curves, and avoid getting a scratch on the car.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with very nice view to the valley. Very tasty food with affordable price

Hotel looks good. Parking good. To find the hotel bit tricky. Location is alright. The staffs are good.

No electric kettle. TV chanel doesn't work. Always in every hotels the top up card of tv expires.

The location is exactly what i wanted. The food was great. I was going out for trekking in the Himalayas for four days and the staff agreed to keep my extra luggage, till i return.

The hotel is very clean and the view is amazing . The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Must recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place with a great view.
