I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the warm hospitality of Durgesh. From the very beginning, he made me feel welcome and at home. Our family had an amazing 5-day stay at Tripli Hotels in Manali. We booked a family suite with two rooms, and we were truly impressed by the experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and surprisingly budget-friendly. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains from our balcony, making our stay even more memorable. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, offering fresh bedsheets, towels, and essential room amenities. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was close to local sightseeing spots like Mall Road Market, Hadimba Devi and Shri Vashishtha Temple, making it easy for us to explore Manali without much hassle. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend Tripli Hotels to anyone visiting Manali!

The best thing about this hotel is the sincerity of the staff. In particular, Chhiring was so friendly and attentive all the time. His service was the best of the best. The view from my rooms balcony was amazing. Room was spacious, and reasonably clean. They sometimes gave me some apples from the orchard, next to the hotel and each time I was very happy.

This area is Prini, and it was a bit difficult because there were no restaurants or cafes to enjoy.

The hotel gives you a good view albeit all the hotels in that lane has similar views. Room was cosy and definitely not cold even when temperature drops it felt quite warm inside it which is a plus point if you cant handle cold temperatures. We had a higher floor room and thought it will be cold in the night which wasn't surprisingly. The breakfast buffet was good and sumptuous. The rooms were clean. And bed was good as well no backaches 😁

Nothing specific to point out a little bit on the expensive side if compared with similar category of hotels in that same lane.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Food was good too. Was upgraded to a room with a balcony view which was stunning. Staff was helpful and courteous. Food that was ordered was delivered on time. 24/7 hot water was available. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend if you are a solo traveller or with family.

Location is a bit far from the proper town (Old Manali). You need to have car if you want to visit Mall road. However, this is exactly we are looking for. Breakfast buffet is good, however they should include Non-veg item (E.g. Omelette/ Eggs) at this price range. Staffs are courteous and friendly.

Entrance to the hotel property is a narrow one and difficult to identify the location at first glance

Room hygiene and staff behaviour

It was a great experience. The staff is courteous and the food also tasted good. The location is picturesque with a view of the snowy mountains. The rooms are spacious and if it gets cold they even have room heater arrangement. There can be more options for breakfast but overall its a wonderful experience to stay at the Tripli Hotels stone house cottage in Manali.

Check out time should be extended till 12pm..as the hotel is for leisure and not for official trips. 10 am check out time feels like official trips. Buffet breakfast shuld have a bit more options.
