The room was nicely large, but the place to sit without daylight The breakfast was a bit meager compared to the 6 other hotels we visited this year in Spain. Things were out halfway through the breakfast time, no fresh tomato paste, no freshly made orange juice, fruits (melons, ananas) not cleaned (standard at other places),.... The restaurant is not very good compared to some of those in the surroundings The city itself is not very nice

From first approaching the hotel it had a great look and feel. The receptionist was excellent, extremely helpful and the food was delicious. The room was of high standard and nothing was out of place.

Perfect central location. Big and spacious room, huge bathroom. Room is very cosy with everything you need.

Staff is nice and willing to help but needs more training for such a level of hotel, since showing low professionalism. At time to check in receptionist made 4 (!) mistakes. 2 in my name, 1 in passport number and 1 in country of origin. Had some troubles with handling my payment at checkout as well. Both days of our stay main elevator was not working or working with difficulties. We had to use staff elevator. Very important to consider if staying during weekend that with open windows its hardly possible to sleep, since party goes on all night long. In general, for price we paid we expected more professionalism of staff and working elevator.

All the staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive. Room very quiet. Excellent choice for breakfast which was included in the price of the room. Very secure parking for a small extra cost.

Room was heavily scented and a little over powering.

Love everything about this hotel. It was very well appointed. The elevator was very unique. Staff very professional. Barbastro was very quaint. Breaking was very good.

The hotel room is just great, i love the comfort that it provides especially the bathroom. The staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel when in Barbastro.

I ended up here by accident, so it was a last minute booking. The staff were brilliant and very helpful and enable me to continue my journey. I am very greatful to them.

I only stayed 1 night and with the staffs help it worked out well for me.
