The STAFF were extremely good here. Very helpful on reception. The bar staff, one young lady in particular and we´re sorry we don't have her name, but we took wine on the terrace every early evening after our days out, and after the first night she just brought it automatically..... We ate in the restaurant once and the service was very good here too, despite a large party in the sectioned off area, and we enjoyed very good food. The lady who served us here was from Romania. Our apartment was great. Super comfy bed and pillows, very clean, great bathroom, everything worked. Private parking underneath the Hotel €10 per night was well worth it so we could access our stuff easily.

There was always a wait for the lift.........the only slight irritation. Only an issue if you cannot navigate the stairs easily.

This was the second time I have stayed at the Hotel Sanchez and this time I stayed in their Attic apartment. The apartment was very spacious, well appointed, with stunning views from the balcony. Just like the previous time I stayed the two female receptionists were very welcoming and are credit to the hotel. As I was travelling around Spain on a Road Trip it was reassuring to park the car in a safe and secure car park which is free of charge. The food at the hotel is excellent with excellent breakfast and evening meal facilities. Overall another excellent stay, would definitely recommend Hotel Sanchez and beautiful Ainsa

The restaurant doesn’t open until 8:30pm! Everything else perfect

this hotel had a perfect family room , well designed , with a big porch . the room was on the 1st floor and was big and clean . the staff was grate and very very helpful , gave us recommendations and whatever we needed . Location is perfect and is in the center . there is a restaurant in the entrance and a supermarket across the street . For a family stay its perfect for us ! Thanks!

Air con was not adjustable and too cold - but it was ok

The town is beautiful and we were surprised to learn that we had access to a pool. It was very hot so the pool was a perfect afternoon cool down option. The hotel is very accessible with nice rooms right in the center of town and close to a short hike to medieval village with restaurants and shops.

Very modern and stylish hotel, wonderful river view, 15 minutes walk to the city centre, parking, very friendly personnel. Even daily cleaning, which is very rare for apartments

Adding a dishwasher to the apartment and laundry facilities to the hotel would make it absolutely perfect. I would also suggest some safety stickers to the glass doors in the apartment, as my kids bumped into them twice during our 2 days stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the room was comfortable, with plenty of towels and toiletries, a fully equipped kitchenette including some pots and pans for basic cooking. The shower was great with nice pressure and steaming-hot water. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend and will return!

Very spacious and comfortable apartament, air con working perfectly;) as we stayed during the heatwave. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and delicious fresh carrot cake!

Really helpful friendly staff that spoke good English. The apartment was really nicely finished and in a great spot to access the Old Town.

Parking was ok with my camper van but got there early and not sure if I would have got a space if had left it late.

Room was very large and very comfortable including a beautiful terraza and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and restaurant for other meals was exceptional. Free parking was nice and location was very convenient to sites in town. Staff was very friendly.

Cleaning could have been better.

A clean modern hotel near the old town of Ainsa. The accommodation was great, very spacious, modern and comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel which was a mistake. The service was very slow (only one person serving) and the food was terrible.

The food in the hotel was not good.
