The receptionist, Lisbeth, made us feel welcome immediately. She helped us with our luggage and showed us the room. Because the hotel has no elevator, l had requested a room on the lowest level available. Lisbeth made sure that we had such a room. It was a very large room with a king-size bed and an amazing view towards the mountains. The bathroom was large, with a jacuzzi and big soft towels. Very well lit. The A/C was silent and the room was very quiet, which we really appreciate. I would love to return to this hotel and repeat such a wonderful experience!

We loved everything - this was our favourite hotel of the 7 we stayed in during our 16 day holiday in Spain and France. The room was very spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. A really good sized bathroom too - a special mention for the towels which were excellent quality. Loved the little balcony. A good breakfast too. All in all, it was fabulous - really hope we get to return.

Nothing. Honestly - nothing. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to have a couple more leaflets in the hotel lobby about local attractions, but the tourist office is so close I understand why they might not want to do that.

Hotel in the old town of Aínsa, high on a hill. Full of character with a luxurious and romantic feel. Despite being located in the large square courtyard area, it was very quiet at night, so good sleep. There is flat hard-surface parking beyond the castle, which seems quite secure and was free for motorcycles. Just means a short walk to the accommodation.

We were touring on laden motorcycles, and even though we had researched the area using street view before booking, did not realise how difficult the cobbles stones would be. Thankfully, it was dry while we stayed, so no problems.

I liked the hotel a lot, the room was very large and comfortable. I can't give it 10 because there was no restaurant or bar service at all. Indeed reception was not fully maned. That did not matter as there were easy eating facilities nearby even next door. And the whole place was a treat to see. A historic stop over.

Perfect location in Ainsa, which is a unique and beautiful place. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast always got us off to a good start in the morning. This was our last stop on a 4-week Spain and Portugal trip. Ainsa and Grazalema were our favorite locations. Special thanks to the staff for going the extra mile so that our trip really finished on a high note,

The shower set up in the bathroom was strange. You stepped into a bathtub, which is pretty common, but the shower sprayed in the short direction of the tub.

Located in the central square of Ainsa, you have easy access to everything in this charming medieval village. You can unpack your car right outside the hotel, then drive it a short distance to the public car park. It's very picturesque. The hotel is small, and quite compact, so don't expect a large , luxury room, but comfortable with a modest breakfast downstairs.

Like many smaller hotels, no elevator, so be prepared to carry suitcases up a few flights of stairs. We were there in summer and there was no A/C, but we could leave the window open.

A beautiful old building in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The hotel is on the main square; our room was at the back, with a view over the mountains. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style and very comfortable. Breakfast was in the basement, a stone vault and very good value for what was charged. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about it. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was big. It was perfectly located in the old town plaza. There were restaurants all around the place. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I would love to go back there again.

The old town of Ainsa is so lovely that this is our second visit. It was very busy but hotel was nice and the staff lovely. The view out of the rear facing rooms across the valley to the Odessa Nation Park WOW

Bit of trouble with the bathroom light

Very well located, stylish and convenient room with little balcony. It's great to wake up in the morning with the view to the pretty and serene square. It really worth to stop in this beautiful place before going to the Pyrenees.

Nothing. Perhaps a folding chair for the balcony would have been useful.
