The room was comfortable and clean. The bad was comfortable. The balcony had great view and it was nice to have chairs to use there. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful at all times.

It would have been great to have in the room a small coffee maker/ or at least an electric kettle, so we can make ourselves something warm to drink in the evening. There is a small step up to the bathroom. A bit disorienting, as it is not marked well to be notices.

A well appointed hotel with a spacious comfortable rooms and excellent bathrooms. This is a seasonal hotel and was due to close within a couple of weeks of our overnight stay and consequently wasn't very busy. This was perhaps reflected in the dinner menu, which had a somewhat limited choice. Nevertheless the food and service was of a high standard. There was plenty of choice at breakfast the following morning. A special mention for the manager who despite the language barrier made every effort to help us on the morning of our departure. The main route over the border into France had been closed due to heavy rain and landslips and the managers help was invaluable in redirecting us to an open route. Thank you...

The location is superb, just on the border of Spain and France. An ideal stopping off point but also excellent for access to the wonderful village of Bielsa and the surrounding countryside. The staff were personal, helpful and friendly.

The plumbing is a bit noisy, the food a bit basic (the restaurants in the village were closed on a Monday). But at the price, overall excellent value and a great little spot.

I loved the location! The mountain view was incredible. The sounds of the running water and the tranquility of the surrounding areas was unreal. ALSO - a very special thank you to the staff, ESPECIALLY IONEL - he went above and beyond to show great service and great conversation during our visit. The rest of the staff was also amazing and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Bielsa!

It was all perfect. I have nothing negative to say. The staff, the hotel and the environment make this place a no brainer for you to visit and stay.

Great location, surrounded by mountains and greenery. The rooms are spacious, a little plain, but very comfortable

The restaurant was disappointing. The staff were very good but the choice of food was limited and none of it was fresh. Vegetables were all tinned.

Location was ok this was a stop over on our route. This was a large hotel with friendly staff who explained everything in detail. Large room with balcony, food and drinks ok nice wine. Services and facilities very good, parking under cover at the hotel.

This hotel is ok showing signs of wear, needs a lick of paint here and there.

Couldn't go too wrong with the location, lovely little mountain village near Monte Perdido, the highest point in The Pyrenees, but still a great place to stay, conveniently on the route through to France. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great food. Plenty of secure parking, including a covered port for motorcycles.

Adjacent to an upslope on the main route, lorries could be occasionally heard, but I didn't find it a bother.

Lovely location, really picturesque. Plenty of parking. Reception were very helpful. The room was a good size,decorated well with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was a nice size with a lovely hot shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices. Overall the standard of service was was very high. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, nice, amable stuff. Breakfast was fine, the bar also OK. Enough parking places.

We preferred to have diner in Bielsa, but a lot of people eat in the hotel’s restaurant. There was no vegetarian options, but the truth is, in this area people are meat eaters :)

The hotel is located at the heart of the pyrenees where you can find plenty of hiking places arround ,while you arrive in summer months. It it well equipped & designed ,the stuff were very nice and helpfull . Parking is free and plenty available. Outside sitting places and well maintained.

A coffee machine would be nice .
