The hotel was easy to find with off plenty off road parking in an enclosed courtyard. The room was fairly basic but the bed was comfy. The evening meal in the restuarant was very good and well priced. The breakfast likewise was very good and good value. We were passsing through so cannot comment on the town. There was a bike workshop and cleaning area on site - I didn't need it (my bike was unused on the roofrack) but I think it would be a good base for cycling trip.

The room was basic without any sofa and a few free TV channels.

Nice hotel at the bottom of the hill, the touristy old town is at the top of the hill about a ten minute walk away. Secure parking is around the back of the hotel. Seemed to be popular with mountain bikers & motorcyclists. Room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly.

Buffet style breakfast was a bit chaotic because the hotel was busy and they only seemed to have one working coffee machine. Food was good though.

First and foremost, the friendly, smiling and welcoming staff at this hotel must be applauded. They obviously enjoy their work and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you all. Excellent location with worry-free, undercover parking for motorcycles, good food and wine at very reasonable prices. The room was large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. I hope to return soon.

Nothing to dislike.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in over the years travelling as a group of motorcyclists. The views were spectacular, the car park was immense, staff were friendly and efficient, and value for money - it wont be beaten. Locationwise, it is only a short walk from the old town.

breakfast wasn't brilliant - but I'm being niggly. It's still good enough

The hotel has everything we ask for in a hotel: no unnecessary frills, clean, friendly and good private car parking. In addition it allows pets, is close to the river for dog walks, and close to amenities. The castle on the rocky outcrop has been extensively and sensitively restored over the years, and is well worth a visit. If you don't fancy the climb you can always drive up. You will find shops and restaurants as well as the fortification itself.

If you're looking for something more than hikers and bikers, a cross-roads of shops, and only a tiny amount of English spoken, then this isn't the place for you. We speak no Spanish, aren't there for the raptors, and don't take mountain bikes, but we are made welcome, dine out on some excellent Spanish cuisine, and relax.

Stayed for 1 night during a road trip. It is amazing value for the money. Room was really big and bright. If you just look for a good night of sleep near Ainsa, it's an ideal place

Bathroom was very basic with just a curtain separating the toilet etc. Everything gets easily wet during a shower.

Secure parking! Undercover bike parking that is locked at night 10/10! Our room (108) has a balcony and was at the rear so if you need to wash some gear you can hang it out! Amazingly good location, easy to locate in the centre of town! The building is green! Great bathroom with super nice shower, clean and tidy! Probably the best cappuccino machine ever in the breakfast room! Standard offerings for breakfast but all good! Real orange juice makes a real difference and that was provided! Access to the town swimming pool is also included and it’s great pool! Staff friendly and happy to be of assistance!

The hotel is situated on the southern side, a very short walk into the main part of Ainsa which lies below the old town. Meson de L'Ainsa provides free, private, secured parking directly accessed off the roundabout in front of the hotel. There is a bar which remains open in the late afternoon (many don't) to enjoy a well deserved beer. The buffet breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of cold meats, bacon, sausage scrambled egg ,tortilla, fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt etc. Can't comment on the evening meal as we went out into Ainsa to eat. We were on motorbikes making our way back to Santander so only stayed one night. Given the touring around there,using Ainsa as a base, wished we'd been able to stay longer.

Might seem trivial but if, like me, you're a vegetarian would be good if certain buffet options eg. tortillas could be labelled as such. I have to resort to using my food taster husband, as it isn't always visually obvious.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Good parking for our motorcycles.

One room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was promptly changed. The HVAC controller did nothing in the other room. Fortunately, not much heat was necessary. The doors to the balcony are not very convenient. The plastic chair on the balcony was uncomfortable.

Nice comfortable, modest room, great value, with hotel parking, which is rare for a budget hotel, along with an elevator, also rare. Walking distance to the center and old historic district. Nice little bar and restaurant in the hotel. Friendly staff. We’d definitely stay here again.
