The booking I reserved couldn't be found in the system. The charge for having a pet. Not a very good selection in breakfast items. And my room smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in it.

The staff are very respectful consistently, customer service is a 10 I love how they provide breakfast, I called the front desk for kitchen supplies and they responded expeditiously I love how the rooms are very neat and clean perfect location close to everything you need. NO BUGS

Location was excellent. It was 5 miles from from my job so locations was all about location.

Property was fine even though there’s construction on the roof doesn’t bother anybody they don’t work in the middle of the night. Just let those others out there know.

Room has a kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. their is also a table and the bed is decent. the bthroom is decent and is perfect for a Family of four.

I enjoyed the accessories such as the kitchenette and the supplying of the basic kitchen necessities such as silverware one pot one pan a strainer calendar dishwracking ice trays.

they don't have available smoking rooms or a smoking section outside there is no smoking section seating area.

Everything!! I love the hotel and the accomodations they have to make you feel more at home. I feel safe here with my family and the staff are always available to help you with whatever you need.

Nice quiet!!! Had a kitchen which was nice a little out dated but good bang for your buck

A little out dated only one outlet near the bed when you have more then one this to charge like a phone a iPad it kind of have everything spread out t.v was horrible remote worked some of the time

Parking is an issue sometimes...not enough parking spaces for all the rooms

Very clean and comfortable bed. Elevator gave me opportunity to sleep on quiet third floor. Regular size refrigerator kept my items very cold for next day travel.

Everything was great and staff was very friendly and accommodating!! And the price was perfect. They had everything we needed and more. Will Def be going back.
