Well let's start with check in , smooth and warm, felt personal and genuine after long trip to get there , card key worked first try opening door to a wonderful room that was immaculate and fresh smelling well cleaned bathroom and the rest with plenty of towels. Microwave and fridge worked great and looked brand new . The drapes were well thought out in design offering partial to complete block out . Air conditioner was controlled by thermostat didgitudly and easily keep us comfortable till morning and we went to the breakfast that was included with great coffee and choice of role, doughnuts or pastry , my wife loved it .if we had kids they'd get full and nourishd before heading off to school .it's a quiet very peaceful and friendly place to stay and have no complaints or regrets, and we will cherish our memories of the beautiful stay at this place and would rebook in a heartbeat. I wonder if they have any other properties cause we'd stay there too . Overall I give them 5 out of 5 stars !!!

No pool but who cares and didn't stay there to go swimming

Ample parking Close to many eateries and shopping centers. Coffee all day and night in lobby. Nice ,quiet room even though close to freeway Iron & board. Pet friendly!! I didn't miss my pups too much with dogs on the premises all the days I stayed. The lighted mirror made getting ready quick & easy.

In-room coffee maker was missing the basket necessary to use it. (Not a big deal) The tub and toilet both were sluggish and slow. Breakfast ends too early,imo.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent. And the breakfast was the same as at other La Quintas. I made a nonrefundablr reservaation and then worried since reviews made it sound like this is a dilapidated health hazard of a hotel. Did I show up at a different hotel? Someone at the desk told me that they'll be doing a future renovation but HONESTLY: no, I did NOT SEE a filthy rug, no boogers in the bathroom, The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt secure in the location (Stockton has a big homeless problem) and it's right next to an IHOP. I do NOT NOT NOT feel this hotel deserves the bad reviews it has gotten an I will DEFINITELY stay here again next time I'm in Stockton. Did I show up at a different hotel than the one I read about in the reviews?

I have no complaints about my stay. I'd only suggest that there ARE tea drinkers and they should consider offering some NON LIPTON tea bags as well as coffee.

How the housekeepers was friendly and the people in the front desk was very helpful and respectful especially maintenance was helpful getting my tv fixed

How low the toilet was. Had to hold on to the wall or might fall back especially with a bad knee and felt like the bathtub to high and I was taller than the shower head

Every staff member gave me the best service and work with my situation with travel work . The girls Giselle, Leticia and deepti were all so wonderful assisting me with whatever need I may have so so thank and made me come back to to this place.

The front desk receptionist I cant.remember her name but she.worked at my check in and at.my.check out. She is amazing.so helpful. Thank.you so much.. The girl who works the breakfast is always super nice.

Fridge did t work. And the water takes forever for it to heat up

More selection for breakfast and longer hrs too , I would likely book more with a hotel that provides a nice breakfast not one that puts it away earlier than they claim for it to be open.selection and time

Selection and time for breakfast and going back every day of my 3 night stay just to get a new keycard ,why did I have to do that. Why couldn’t the same keycard work during my stay.

Staff were great. Room immaculate. Breakfast was just what I needed before stopping by Krispy Kreme. 🙂

There was quite a bit of debris near our room from a tree that had recently been brought down. It was just small branches and twigs, but there were a lot of them and should have been picked up. Crazy falling hazard. ☹️

Everything’ was on point quiet very clean comfertable king size bed very comfy the only thing I regret is Missing the Brekfest ….i was so. Comfortable in the KingSize bed I over slept but it was a peaceful night over all

If I would have had a tubb

It reminded me of being in prison with the fence all around me with one entrance it had metal detectors and etc.

Not having an easy access to restaurants that are in front of the complex, whoever designed the locations is a loser.
