The breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. There’s a lot to choose from. The staff is always friendly & amazing! I travel & stay here quite often for work. I get nothing but smiles every time I walk in. That’s one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel versus others that may be closer to my destination. The hospitality is like no other I’ve ever experienced! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

So far, there hasn’t really been anything I haven’t liked about staying at this hotel.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Extra pillows as well! Pool and hot tub were always cleaned! Breakfast was always on point as always! Staff was friendly, even checked in if we needed extra towels as we were on our way to the pool. The towels that were stocked by the pool go so fast as other guests don’t return the towels and just leave them out. I felt safe going to the ice machine by myself. Room was absolutely beautiful and amazing. Everything was super cleaned! Thank you for our stay!

The guests kept using all the towels, I saw the staff replenish them so many times but yet they flew off so fast. I really have no complaints about anything about this hotel tbh.

Our first room smelled horrible but as soon as I went back to the desk they gave me another room which smelt so much better and comfy and had someone go to the first room to check it out within 5 mins the person was inspecting the smell I wish I got names but the man and the woman at the counter were amazing polite and respectful bed were very comfortable place was clean and very pretty with the rose bushs

Very good value for the price. Rooms were very nice sized Breakfast included was as good as the Hilton on the the other side. Has a pool, spa and exercise room

Could be a little cleaner. The rugs don't look very clean. Our 1st visit noticed rug under bed not clean, vacuumed. Our room provided last night, didn't have a bath mat. My husband almost slipped getting out of the bathtub. I think the outside, the walkways, would look better if they were power washed occasionally

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very cool room, especially when the weather was over 100 degrees outside. The only issue we had with our room was that there was no hand towels or face towels. The breakfast is still one of the best that I have had at a Best Western.

No hand towels or face towels to use. To tired to ask the receptionist or go down to the lobby to get some. After playing three games of softball in 100 plus degrees all I wanted was a shower and rest.

The manager and the security guard were both amazing people. I forget their names, but they know who they are shout out to the both of them. Thanks for the amazing stay❤️

The bacon could’ve been thicker and the juice could’ve been less watery, but the most important thing to me is how I’m treated and I was treated well😁

Close to multiple places to eat. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast had a decent selection and the breakfast room had a good amount of space to sit down. There was a good amount parking and I felt safe in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was on the side of the hotel closest to the highway, so there was some noise from cars, but nothing excessive, and about the amount of noise you would expect from the location the hotel is in. Rooms further from the highway might have less noise.

The room was a good size and the staff allocated us a quiet room on request.

No rules on pool etiquette. One adult guest was in the swimming pool with his ordinary day clothes ( t shirts, underpants and below knee short). I think we had just taken his shoes and socks off to go in the swimming pool. Needless to say, we didn’t use the pool!

Location was great. Was close to a lot of stores and food stops. Breakfast was better than most Best Westerns. Staff is extremely kind. Area seemed pretty safe. Overall, great stay for 2 nights. Could barely hear the freeway noise.

There was used nike socks that was left in the washroom and some of the tables in room had ketchup stains.

The openness of the property. Staff was friendly. I will be staying again when I'm in Manteca again.

The pool section could use some attention. Some of the lawn furniture needs to be replaced.
