I like how clean everything was. (Park,room etc) I like early check in availability and easy no front desk check out. And the access to the water Park even day of checkout. Lots of convincing even if pricey.

Some employees like at Dunkin donuts and lifeguard were a little rude. Not all. I didn't like how there wasn't an availability for late check out for my room. Everything was a little bit pricey. Other than that we had a good overall experience. This was our second time here at this location.

Facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Super clean despite the large number of guests at the facility. Life Guards seemed very watchful and well trained.

No free breakfast. I feel that overnight guests should not have to pay to park. Difficult to get to from SFO airport.

the hotel is amazing, can you imagine a waterparks inside a hotel? its wonderful and my son had a great time staying and swimming and playing and he wants to go back😊, staff are helpful and friendly, the ammenities are funtastic

Looooong waiting time for check in - automatically check in does not work with a danish phone no. Terrible noise in the reception area It is not possible to purchase breakfast only coffee and cake

My big boys had a blast at ages 5 and 8. There were so many waterslides for them to ride and other activities for purchase. The food on site was decent and there were outside restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

There was only one splash pad for toddlers and I'd say our 1.5 year old had less fun. Highly recommend but for bigger kids. It was very pricey. it was a splurge for sure and would have been a waste for toddlers and little kids.

I liked everything! The beds are comfortable, the water park is cool, the water is warm.

Having a microwave in the room would be an advantage! Our room was at the very end, it was a very long walk to the water park.

I liked the swimming pools and just about anything you need was there at the lodge.

The remote in the room did not work very well. Also there could be more swimming area for the smaller kids. And the prices of everything was just too expensive.

Great place.

The water park gets crowded and people can be rude. It is all built for US customers. Auto check-in only works with US ID, phone to buy food as well.

two queen beds are not good enough for a family with two kids. Feeling exhausted after sleeping one night…king beds would be better or let the two queen bed sit together
