Staff was wonderful. We had an issue with our TV--it stopped working--and after several attempts to get it working, switched us to a different room. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn fare--yummy cinnamon rolls! Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. We love the bench they have in the room for our luggage as we were 'living out of our suitcases'. Bathroom is large and shower was great.

There were some baseball teams staying there with some rambunctious boys running up and down the hallways after 10 pm. That is not on the hotel staff.

Comfy bed. Close to where the event was being held that we were there for. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Parking was convenient to the elevator. Staff is friendly, helpful and infornative.

Elevator is slow. Noise from adjacent freeway is constant.

The room was so comfortable, the staff was super nice and the breakfast was great. Everything worked!

sadly as I was trying to get ready for bed, someone pulled the fire alarms on all three floors as a prank and then some fireworks happened outside right after. That was a little nerve wracking. But that isn't the properties fault and the staff was around to ask if it was a real emergency. Though it was hard to relax after thinking that it might happen again.

Clean, beautiful room, comfortable beds, great breakfast, loved the cucumber water in the lobby and employee board with birthdays, etc.

The lemonade in the lobby tasted like it was made with artificial sweetener.

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and fresh. We didn’t utilize the breakfast offer because we were going to meet up with family for that meal but the kitchen smelled wonderful. We also didn’t stay long enough to use the pool. Maybe next time!

The facility and room was clean and comfortable.

Modesto’s not a great destination, and the location isn’t beautiful, but the hotel is across the street from a recreation center (Boomers).

This property is clean, comfortable, serves a good breakfast, has friendly & professional staff, and it's in a convenient location. It was our second time staying there. It's now our go to hotel for trips to the Modesto area.

The in-room coffee maker and fridge are nice. Great pillows. Staff was very responsive.

The highway noise is constant. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. One of our rooms was fine, nice and clean. The other had some problems. Stains, the heater wouldn’t blow warm air. Not as good as it should have been.

Everything was clean with the exception of room rug. Lots of spots.

I told front desk when I checked in I had to add one more day. It wasn’t there on original bill so I had to add it for an additional $75. Also, when I checkin to my next stop in Pasco wa. They asked if I was a member. I said yes and they deducted $20 of the nights stay. Modesto didn’t ask.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Phone rang in my room and kept me up half the night until I unplugged it. The sink was very slow draining on the last day. On a previous stay the sink overflowed so it wasn't surprising that the drain was slow this time.
