Staff was wonderful. We had an issue with our TV--it stopped working--and after several attempts to get it working, switched us to a different room. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn fare--yummy cinnamon rolls! Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. We love the bench they have in the room for our luggage as we were 'living out of our suitcases'. Bathroom is large and shower was great.

There were some baseball teams staying there with some rambunctious boys running up and down the hallways after 10 pm. That is not on the hotel staff.

The room was so comfortable, the staff was super nice and the breakfast was great. Everything worked!

sadly as I was trying to get ready for bed, someone pulled the fire alarms on all three floors as a prank and then some fireworks happened outside right after. That was a little nerve wracking. But that isn't the properties fault and the staff was around to ask if it was a real emergency. Though it was hard to relax after thinking that it might happen again.

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and fresh. We didn’t utilize the breakfast offer because we were going to meet up with family for that meal but the kitchen smelled wonderful. We also didn’t stay long enough to use the pool. Maybe next time!

The facility and room was clean and comfortable.

Modesto’s not a great destination, and the location isn’t beautiful, but the hotel is across the street from a recreation center (Boomers).

This property is clean, comfortable, serves a good breakfast, has friendly & professional staff, and it's in a convenient location. It was our second time staying there. It's now our go to hotel for trips to the Modesto area.

Everything was clean with the exception of room rug. Lots of spots.

I told front desk when I checked in I had to add one more day. It wasn’t there on original bill so I had to add it for an additional $75. Also, when I checkin to my next stop in Pasco wa. They asked if I was a member. I said yes and they deducted $20 of the nights stay. Modesto didn’t ask.

Did not have a chance to have breakfast due to it being closed. We didn't realize Daylight Savings took place during our stay and that it would close an hour earlier. The facility was very clean and the bed most comfortable.

We checked in around 4... check in time. The room we were assigned was on the first floor, and the window faced directly onto the pool. It afforded us no privacy when the drapes were open. I asked to have another room and was told that because I had booked through Booking.Com that my only recourse was to take the room assigned to the people in our party who had not yet arrived . They could be assigned to the second floor. Even though we had arrived early, we were told no other rooms were available due to using Booking.Com. We took the room since our friends were able to maneuver the second floor better than my husband. Very disappointed and sad to be made to feel our business was second rate. Is it a mistake to use Booking.Com? What do we need to do to be considered first rate?

The in-room coffee maker and fridge are nice. Great pillows. Staff was very responsive.

The highway noise is constant. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. One of our rooms was fine, nice and clean. The other had some problems. Stains, the heater wouldn’t blow warm air. Not as good as it should have been.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Good parking available, and good (safe feeling) location.

The shower could have been cleaner, I had to clean someone else’s hairs out before getting in. And my room was advertised with 2 queen beds, misleading when one of the beds turned out to be a fold-out couch with a thin mattress.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Phone rang in my room and kept me up half the night until I unplugged it. The sink was very slow draining on the last day. On a previous stay the sink overflowed so it wasn't surprising that the drain was slow this time.
