Good location to highway. Comfortable, accommodating staff. Nice rooms, great price.

Would have liked extra trash cans in the room. When you have children with diapers, one gets filled up pretty quickly. Also it would be nice to have liquid soap. It’s harder to use bar soap when bathing kids, and at the sink. It’s much easier to pump soap than grab a bar. Plus bars are messy. There is no where to put them when you have used them and they are all wet. Otherwise the room was great.

Pros: it was in close proximity to where I would be spending time; only had breakfast there once and it was good; enjoyed the coffee every morning but wish the cups were a little bigger.

Cons: needs a small towel rack by the sink; the carpet in the room was sticky and we had to use our sandals or socks or else the bottom of our feet would be black (something other than carpet would be better); A/C was really loud when it would kick on but it still worked

The room was a decent size. The bed was pretty comfortable and so were the pillows. The room had a mini fridge and microwave along with a little coffee maker. The room was clean. The property looks clean too. Not in a bad area. There are stores and fast food places near by. We will definitely book here again when in town.

Don’t have any complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn’t charge us for our 3rd kid even though we couldn’t book as 5 in a double online. And it was no problem to get an extra blanket. The hot tub was nice and the sauna and steam room looked nice although we didn’t use the latter two. And the breakfast was great. And the vicinity was convenient to Walgreens and Starbucks and the highway but didn’t feel too noisy.

The pool needed to be cleaned a bit because of the recent storms. It was covered but still open to the outdoors. The room was nice but felt a little worn-the outside of the bathroom door was marked/scraped from the security bar on the inside of the room door for example. Just a few touch ups would spruce things up.

Very clean property. Breakfast was simple, but kept clean. The lady that worked the kitchen restocked everything making sure that it was well stocked. Beds were comfy and a peaceful rest.

Front Desk gentleman was not very personable or professional, and needs better communication skills.

The pool and hot tub area was pretty nice. Loved the steam room. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was really good. Next time I'd like a larger room.

The walls were thin I could totally hear our neighbors upstairs above us and adjacent rooms both were noisy. Also the tub was badly caved in in the middle so taking a bath in our room was out of the question. Other than that it was a quaint visit.

Ease off and on freeway

No area for dog to potty, had to take a chance around the parking lot and road, or outside trash can to dispose of the poop bag. I also requested ground floor room, and it didn’t happen.

Staff were great. They were very accommodating. Room was nice. Very quiet. I really like that. Will be staying there in our way back. Loved that the rooms were all inside especially in the bad weather.

Room key kept not working had to get it fixed a few times. Pool was nice but floor was very slippery. They had water at the front but it was always empty.

We liked the location; plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The room was roomy and clean, and there were plenty of towels.

The garden sprinkles went off at night and wet my motorcycle. It's not cool at all.
