The room was big with sofa and very nice comfy bed fridge and microwave very reasonable price with breakfast included not just cereal but waffles strawberry topping with whipped cream sausage bagels cream cheese peanut butter butter eggs raisin toast coffee hot cocoa yogurt oatmeal chocolate chips like really nice set up five stars

Nothing we enjoy the hot tub as well it was cold out so turned on the hot tub was really warm

This HI Express is very conveniently located near a highway. I had to ask if it was a new property as everything was impeccable. The room spotless and the lobby very presentable. The staff we interacted with from the registration to check out was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided choices for every diet and it was fresh and nutritious. I will definitely stay there again at any future opportunity.

Everyone there was so nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a different variety of food options. The lady making the food was so nice and super attentive, and house keeping wish I would have gotten her name, but she was awesome

They paid attention to my request for a type of room and thought of how to make my stay even better. Loved the breakfast, especially the eggs.

Only thing I can think of is the room phone had poor connection.

Breakfast was great! The shower makes a squeaky noise in this room, and the wallpaper is coming down too a bit. That’s not a huge issue but some kids broke the elevator while we were here. This is a great location too!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, ac worked great. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

The snack area was extremely thin and non appealing. The free breakfast was not appealing. The egg omelet was rubber and the sausage patties looked microwaved. Just not the best breakfast, will definitely dine out next time. Dining area was kept very clean and comfortable.

Minor item, but some of the breakfast items (eggs, sausage etc) were not as warm/hot as I would like them to be.

Good location, close to major free way, restaurants, shopping plaza. Not so new but clean and smell good. Comfortable bed quiet at night...and many more.

Well my toilet seat broke, they didn't have a maintenance person on duty, they gave me duck tape and scissors and I had to fix it.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Healthy choices too. I liked the egg and cheese omelette and fruit and yogurt. The coffee was great too.
