Good location. Bed was comfy. Room was clean except for the floor. 24 hr front desk (the fact that it was 24 hours, not the person at the desk).

The listing said "every room has a spa bath". I checked it numerous times before I booked, because I was surprised and SO happy to see that. That's why I choose this hotel in Stockton. When we got there after 10 hours of driving, the clerk thought I was crazy and told me there were no spa baths in any rooms. She didn't care that there had been false advertising. When we went up to the room, there was a standard tub with NO plug. We had to go get one from the front desk, and it leaked a lot, so the I had to keep filling the tub up again. There were 4 towels: 2 very small, 'regular' towels and 2 hand towels. I had to wrap with head with the "regular" towel and draw myself off with a tiny hand towel. There was no towel rack to put the wet towels on afterwards! No coffee machine, no microwave, no comfy chair to sit in, just an office chair by the desk. Hubby had no where to sit. The floor in the main room was dirty. The hallway smelled. A lot. In the morning, I went downstairs to the breakfast area...don't know what else to call this small room with tables and chairs. Nothing was served, not even coffee. Apparently they are renovating. The clerk asked me how our stay was, so I told him about my concerns. He did not take it well at first, but once I explained that customer feedback is how you make your business better, how you get more people to come to your hotel, leave good reviews and come back to stay again, he got it. and we had a good talk. Bottom line: Okay, you're renovating....no one told me about that when I booked. I came for the spa tub, and the lack of truth, service and client care means I won't be coming back. But this place has potential, and I hope they will take their customers' feedback seriously and make the hotel a success. Oh, and the spa tub claims have been removed from booking.com. Thank you. Location was close to the freeway.

TV didn't work. Thankfully the room heater worked, because the blanket was too thin to keep in much body heat. Next time I will probably stay at the Motel 6 next door.

Not much the staff was rude and TV didn't work, no one was wanting to help.. for 200 bucks I'm upset on the way I was treated and the room was not in good condition..

Too much money for what I got! Never again will I go back...

To expensive for what you get, the sheets was duty, looks that no body change it, I talk wih recepcion and she just gave me a clean sheets😒 bad smell in the room, furniture to old, no closet no iron, no hair dryer….. i would not recommend, price is to hight…. I thought for that price I could get something better😢😢

Honestly I don’t like nothing, you need to put more attention in the property, I was a manager in a hotel and our priority was the guest….

The place has potential. It is badly decorated and the kind of people that were hanging out around the place makes it feel unsafe.

Cleanliness. Decor. Location. Unsafe feeling. Check in took forever. Not friendly.

I liked that the hotel was right off the freeway. The customer service was good. I got my refund with no problem.

The property was horrible looking. the walls were dirty and beat up and patched up. they need a serious paint job. the smell was not pleasant. The room we got the bed sheets where dirty with spots of blood. The walls and curtains also had blood spots. it seemed as they did the bed without washing the Linens. Also, the activity’s going on around the property were sketchy. Women with almost to non clothing kept going in and out the property with different men. i should mention I did not end staying the night and got a refund. I
