The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious.

The lady at the check in desk when we arrived and the next day was not friendly at all. We checked in around 1am Friday night (I called twice to let them know our estimated arrival time) and she was working Sunday morning when we checked out. She seemed like we were an inconvenience and had poor customer service skills. The guy that worked the counter Sat evening was exceptional. Very friendly, approachable and helpful.

The place was beautiful and very clean,staff was warm and welcoming They have a laundry room, We used the outside BBQ pit to make us a few steaks and asparagus 😋 then sat by the fire to eat it was real cozy and romantic Rooms were nice when you walk in the TV comes on with your name on it 😁 Shower was huge Beds were beyond comfortable Outside pool area is a for sure vibe Everything was great will def be staying again

The room was clean, shower was wonderful, breakfast was amazing. The young lady, Megan, who served the breakfast was phenomenal. Check in was smooth and the young man and lady were extremely friendly and helpful. Great recommendation for dinner, Fresh Slice Pizza, which is conveniently located across the street was so good. Highly recommend both hotel and pizza.

My husband was disappointed there was no bar soap in the bathroom. Wish there was a curtain or something to help block the light from streaming through into the room. There are shades, but light still streams in. Pillows are and go very flat, be nice if they had a couple pillow options. Maybe a fuller one for those that prefer more support.

Generous,,good, coffee was good and plentiful,roomy.

There was a loud motor noise in the bathroom that went constantly. Shower to door kept sliding open And let the floor get wet. Also the shower head was so high a short person would not be able to adjust the water It is a nice quiet place and new, maybe you are still working out some bugs.

Professional compassionate caring people

The room service went the extra mile with a simple request. The hostess found our cousins and moved our room to nextdoor. When we left, she chased out the door with something we had forgotten. And ... The breakfast was amazing!

Since it is a newer hotel, I enjoyed the newer and upgraded feel of the room. The bathroom was really nice.

I didn’t like the seating when it was breakfast. I felt I was sitting too close to other guests.

The facility was clean and ambience was great for a short vacation. Front desk team was excellent. Responded timely to questions/concerns.

The lack of microwave in the room. Housekeeping need to remove dirty linen without being told. I had to call twice for this to be done.

The breakfast was excellent for complimentary meal. The cable tv wasn’t working in our room so I called the front desk and they moved us to a different room, no hassle involved. That was much appreciated because I had driven all day and just wanted to shower and relax and watch a little tv before bed. Great service.

It was pleasant, new and modern. It had a nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner. Worked good.

We had a hard time finding the entrance. It is not marked. Eventually we went under a wire at the fire entrance to get in. This will probably be fixed in the future since it’s a new building.
