I never ate breakfast there due to my day starting before they opened. The facility was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Next time I stay, I will most likely take advantage of the spa and other amenities being less rushed in my day.

In my room I was near the bar/ bistro and at times it was noisy. There was a high pitch alarm or noise that was coming into my bathroomvia the exhaust vent which was annoying 🤷‍♂️.

THE AIR CONDITIONER GOT STUCK AT A CERTAIN TEMPATURE AND WHEN I WENT TO TURN DOWN THE TEMP BEAUSE IT WAS GETING WARM IN THE ROOM, IT WOULDN'T TURN OFF OR ON SO WE HADTRO OPEN THE BACK SLIDING DOOR TO LET SOME AIR IN

Starting to feel like it's time for some upgrades for the price paid. Carpet needs cleaning in hallways.

There was no breakfast!

The bed was not comfortable- felt old and used. There were stains on the carpets in the hallway- seemed very dirty. Last time I stayed was much cleaner. Also elevator dirty.

It is over priced. Most everything was fine but for the price we expected better. The carpets were old and needed cleaning. The lobby and meeting area were nice but the upstairs needed updating. The hot tub was closed.
