I’ve stayed here one other time and both times were very good. The only thing I would have to complain about was the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into our bathroom presumably from a vent. I honestly didn’t let management know about this issue simply because I forgot about it upon checkout.Also our television set was not working properly maintenance did come once and fix it but unfortunately it started doing the same thing and by this time it was late at night so I just decided to turn it off. Other then these 2 issues our stay was pleasant. I would recommend this place to others.

The whole staff, including cleaning crew were attentive and helpful. Very friendly group. The rooms were tighty and smelled fresh. Best shower water pressure in San Joaquin County. The beds are firm and comfortable. They definitely run a tight ship. My family and I will stay there again from now on whenever we visit Stockton. No reason to look elsewhere. Big plus: excellent cable services, big brand new refrigerators w spacious freezer and new coffee makers. Don't forget to buy from their snack shop. They also count on a high-tech security system, you'll feel comfortably safe.

That we didn't know about this location sooner.

Everything was fine. We thought the wall thermostat worked, it didn't after we called the desk. Turned out the a/c, heater by the window was the area we needed to turn the heat on at. The decor was nicely done. Liked there was a nice size refrigerator/freezer, with a separate sink and counter for coffee and snacks. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place.

There were alot of gouches in the walls where the chairs by the table were, Those could be filled in and painted. The black paint around the shower, someone got very sloppy with it. These are very minor things, altho they were noticed, thinking those took away from the "perfect" feeling of the room.

After my first stay here a few months ago, I knew if my travels ever took me through Stockton again, Studio 6 Suites would be at the top of my list of places to stay. Check-in was a little long as rooms weren't ready yet, but once in the room, it was nice to settle in and enjoy the comfortable bed, full-size fridge, good WiFi and TV. Didn't use the microwave or kitchenette sink but appreciated having them in case I needed to use them. Adequate parking. Good A/C. Would definitely stay again.

There's a small table with two plastic chairs, but those aren't the most comfortable so I opted to just sit up in the bed to work on my laptop. Would prefer that the light over the bathroom sink was brighter.

The staff was the best part really really nice my check in was smooth and fast they even gave me bottles of water just because things like this never happen in Stockton, California check out was even smoother. The room where so nice brand new upgraded everything, clean big beds sheets and towels smell so good so did the room. Safe and quiet parking is so convenient and lit if you need to make a move at night

Rooms are non smoking and you can tell they are non smoking. the rooms don't smell like old cigarettes. The floors are newer wood lino. Which means there was No dirty old carpet in the room. Full fridge, microwave, hair dryer iron and ironing board. Tv etc.. the room was nice and modern. I would say this is a very affordable, nice place and very liveable if you needed to stay longer than a day or so. There was also a nice little Hawaiian BBQ place next door which made dinner a breeze. To compliment it all the place has a little grocery shopping area inside the lobby A little pricey but for the convenience it was real nice.

The place was a nice stay however I wasn't told about an additional $100 deposit when I booked the room. They were very quick to return the money after our checkout. Maybe took 15 minutes for them to check our room and give us the full deposit back.

The area I would not say is like upper class suburbia. However, for a $100 a night waterfront stay, I felt it exceeded my expectations. There are homeless individuals around and I did not feel bothered. It is a rather safe feeling area. They try to make sure safety is taken care of. They staff were extremely nice and hospitable. Overall when I am in this area, this will be my choice of stay.

There was not much I could say. The one issue I had was soiled linen on the bed. It was resolved immediately with no hesitations. As well, this is a great place to sleep, if you are a person who needs to live in a room and be constantly entertained it may not be for you. I am okay with that. Others might not be.

Loved The Location. The 3 floor levels are Great, with Awesome Security system for a Nice Safe Stay. Pool is nice. Great For a Night stay if Attending Any Event at Stockton Arena. Only a 10 mins walk around the Water Front. Perfect for Couples , Will Definitely be Booking here in the Future. Also Big thanks To the Front Desk Representative in the Morning. She helped make sure my Reservation was Perfect

Floors Could have been Mopped Better, Fridge Door tilted every time it opened. Not a lot but very inconvenient when it happens every time it opens. Some light were a little too Dim . Especially in Mirror areas. My partner Expressed it alot lol. A Base board Was Loose in Bathroom

The room was great and clean with full fridge. They have anything you can think of to buy in the lobby of hotel. They also have a wet bar.

The pillows suck and the mattress really sucked. The mattress would slide to the other side when you went to sit on the bed. It felt like a plastic mattress that was not more than 6 inches high and I didn't get any sleep and was up at 6:00am due to too uncomfortable. I left earlier than wanted to go home and sleep in my bed. The blankets are thin.

Easy to find, easy to park. Very convenient to have washing machines and driers ($3/load each) onsite. Comfortable room and bed. Competitive price. Surprised me having a big fridge; would make a long stay easier for sure. Decent WiFi speed. While some reviews have mentioned feeling a bit unsafe, I didn't see any homeless.

Couldn't figure out how to get TV to work. Didn't need it as I had to work through the night, but like having it on for background noise at times.
