Breakfast was fine.

Our major complaint was about the requested handicapped room. The bathroom door was very heavy to open. Worse yet, it was impossible to keep all the way open for easy entry and exit. Having no bathroom door would have been an improvement over the door that was there! No one gave bathroom access a thought when it came to the maneuverability of such heavy, tight, small entry. Also,In a handicapped bathroom, we expected a flat wheel in shower. Instead there was a regular bathtub with a lot of grab bars. Not useful for a wheelchair user. At a minimum, the website or reservation clerk should mention these deficiencies.

I loved the lobby area that had work stations and a pool table. Though we couldn't take advantage of the hot breakfast, we did check it out and everything looked fresh and good. Our room was perfect in size and amenities. I liked the bright colors and multiple hooks.

There was nothing not to like. If we'd had suitcases (we were traveling light with backpacks for the weekend), storage space for them could have been a little tight.

Really nice staff at check-in. Staff helped me with EV charging station (they had 3 ChargePoint chargers). Room was really clean. Toiletries in the room were high quality. Facilities felt new and up to date. Coffee and tea available 24hrs. There was security on-site which was nice since I checked-in after mid-night.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The property was very modern in style and design. It was also freeway close which made it easy to find.

They only had one ice machine and water bottle filler. It was located on the first floor. My room was on the fourth floor so I had to travel up and down to get water and ice.

Very good modern hotel, perfect for a stop over on a long journey. Helpful, welcoming staff, comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel communal area was bright and comfortable and there were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

I liked the location of the hotel. Right off the freeway and plenty of parking. I like that the let me check in a few hours before check in. That's a big plus for me. If you need a early check in they are more than happy to let you check in early if the room is available.

Very clean room and facilities, quiet (especially since we stayed on New Years Eve), nice coffee/tea bar.

A bit more breakfast selection would be nice (bacon and bananas in particular)

that there’s no pool! my stay was a one night luckily I didn’t stay for long and didn’t bring my kids like I planned. The reason for my stay it was do to a party event and I was thinking in bringing my kids and they were going to stay in the hotel to use the pool but I was glad they didn’t come. the hotel is nice I liked it but I’m not sure if I would stay here again because there’s no pool… it’s a bummer because Lathrop gets very hot in the summer.

That the front fest worked so hard to resolve the problem of the booking through your site was not showing and figuring out how to get us into the room as quickly as possible.

That your website wasn’t working with theirs and it made it difficult to check in
