Three things caught my attention while at this property: 1) the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The young man who did the breakfast setup greeted us warmly every morning and his serving area was meticulously clean and well stocked. 2) the property was clean - some hotels along the I-80 can be quite run down and really disgusting, but this Hampton Inn was very well cared for! 3) OMG there was a PELETON bike in the gym I was in heaven for a way to exercise.

I can't think of anything I had an issue with, but if there was a thing, well the laundry washing machine needed to spin longer as the dryer took two times to finish the drying.

The staff working at both the front desk and in the breakfast area truly were exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I feel more secure staying somewhere where I have such warm and positive interactions with the employees. I truly appreciate the hospitality at this Hampton Inn and would recommend others to stay here.

When we first walked in we were not sure the quality of the hotel met our expectations. Turned out they had a large group that had rented their public areas for a party! After that ended the hotel was nice. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The older lady working there was a joy-offered everyone a bottle of water to take with them, kept all the foods full, warm and for a hotel, COOKED WELL! and came around and checked on customers-exceptional service! We left glad to have stayed there-even the pool area was above average.

For the very fair price, this was the best one night stay over hotel we stayed at on a 3 week trip!

Helpful staff. Booking.com somehow didn't get my reservation to you and they were kind and supportive and got it worked out.

Pool was dirty, room didn't feel clean (mostly floors), not many outlets near bed and one outlet near the bed had metal sticking out of it.

Staff were friendly, check in was really quick and easy, beds were comfortable after a long drive, we booked this room last minute on the road and got a great deal after Christmas. There is a grassy area with clean up bags provided for travelling pets.

There was a dog barking a few rooms down from ours, the grassy areas have a lot of poop not picked up. Trucks with trailers took up many of the available parking spaces so we had to park off the property and walk over.

We love the location, and it’s clean.

The first room we got was very smelly!!! The front desk was so helpful and switched us out right away! The beds were creaky. We’ve stayed here many times but this stay was the first time I really noticed it!

The walls are paper thin. You could hear the actual conversations of people in the adjoining rooms as well as the constant trains and traffic outside. The shower didn’t get very hot. The breakfast is a typical large chain motel breakfast with plentiful pre-fab fake food loaded with sugar, salt and chemicals.

Good breakfast although the stronger coffee hadn’t been prepared. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was near the rail yard. Thankfully we didn’t hear any trains after about 9pm. The floor of the shower creaked so badly, I think it woke up the neighbors. We heard their shower creaking shortly after we finished our showers.

The breakfast spread was amazing! The lady that prepares it all is super sweet and made sure I had hot coffee. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even brought out the luggage cart. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

The shower water could be hotter and the AC/Heat unit in the wall is quite noisy. (at least in my room).
