Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast was decent.

We had issues with being able to get into our room the entire stay. They replaced the battery but it still was malfunctioning. The a/c in the room would make the entire room vibrate when it kicked on. The elevator needs some maintenance, it makes some very weird sounds when going down.

This was a great value for a nice hotel. It was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rock Springs.

Juan, the front desk clerk was very adamant about telling us some high school students were staying there and they would possibly be loud. He really wanted to make a point that we would probably be disturbed by these loud kids. We were there for 3 nights for work and neither saw or heard anyone that fit that description. Weird!!

Breakfast was great! Thank you! Very clean and super comfortable bed. We were able to have fantastic refreshing sleep to keep driving the next day to our destination. The location is very ideal and easy to get to restaurants and see the town (which is very nice by the way). Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Everything was great! There wasn’t anything not to like!

The breakfast was great. Coffee available all day. Courteous staff. Good working/desk accommodations. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants though choice was meager. Pool was warm and exercise room was adequately furnished.

Towels and bedding were not changed daily. Trash receptacles in the breakfast room need to be emptied more often (however, the facility was full 4 of the 5 days and lots of folks were using the breakfast room}.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be way better. And a good deep cleaning of the carpets and walls with vinegar and baking soda would help get rid of that "musky" smell that's kind of offensive when you walking in 5hat place.

A continental breakfast is just that a continental breakfast. Some restaurants go above and beyond to provide more of a real breakfast. Your hotel did just that. The cheese omelet and sausage patty were great.

The beds were very comfortable.

The room seemed small. The fabric furniture in the room was stained and needed cleaning. I wouldn't even sit on it. We put a towel on one piece of furniture and used it to set our bags on to keep them off the floor.

The hotel was very clean The staff was helpful The temp in the room was easy to control.

Getting to the hotel was tricky. we had to drive through several parking lots to get there. The signage to the hotel could be better.

Stopped here for one night on our way home. Close to hwy. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Staff friendly although the guy helping us to check in seemed like he was strung out.

The breakfast was free but food was just ok. Have learned free breakfast is really just to put food in your belly.

We encountered a problem with the a/c in our room , however, the staff was very accommodating by moving us to another room which was much cooler. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of food options.
