Our room was located under the stairway and we were afraid that was going to be extremely noisy but it was not and we had two small dogs we were right across from the dog area so that was convenient also we were very surprised at all the amenities that came in the room for such a reasonable price.

There was only one thing that we was hoping would be a little better and that is having some donuts some fruit or muffins with milk or juice for breakfast. I might also comment the lady at the front desk was not overly friendly. I told her I was vision impaired and she did not offer any type of help

No breakfast, which is not a problem for me. Bed comfortable. Temperature control worked well, with room staying warm even on a chilly December evening. No problems at all with wi-fi. Good lighting at desk. Location good, with a Walgreens and a mailbox both less than a block away. Very affordable.

The weatherstripping on the door was in bad shape, admitting a stream of cold air. However, the heater kept up with it just fine, and that cold draft wasn't in a part of the room where it affected me. I told the desk clerk the next morning, and hopefully they'll replace it.

No problems with wi-fi. Bed comfortable. Lots of horizontal surfaces—table, desk, chest of drawers. Good lighting at desk and for reading in bed. Coffeemaker is a small pot, which is better than one of those Keurig one-cup rigs: makes enough to fill a largish car cup, and can be used for tea as well. Restaurants and mailbox within easy walking distance.

Some noise from room above mine: not loud or troublesome, but given more active and wakeful upstairs guests it might've been.

Comfy, clean, warm bed with a good shower, plenty of walk-to-dinner options, wifi, land-line phone w/local phone book, close to shopping centers, gas/c-stores, auto care places, a bit less noisy than places closer to highway, friendly morning desk lady, etc... ...at an affordable price.

The reviews did not disappoint. Yes-definitely a dates motel but for the cost and what they are working with, I'd 100% recommend. Pet friendly and we has a ground room directly across from the clean pet park. Super convenient! Room was clean and comfortable. Front Staff was super friendly and communicative. Great location to restaurants/Starbucks/Cowboy Donuts/gas. Recommended if you just need a place to sleep and have pets (or not).

Of course, it's a bit dated with no breakfast. Honestly, not sure if that even bothered us! Hearing the snowplow driver at 3:30am was not pleasant but it was storming and the parking lot needed to be cleared.

Accomodations are very reasonable for the price .. there are decent places to eat within walking distance.. front desk was quick to respond when I found the room to be dirty and I couldn't figure out how to work the TV.. the room was very quiet

The room was dirty when I checked in and though front desk was quick to address my concern, she also was quick to point out that there were no other rooms available. Luckily, since COVID, I've started to travel with a small supply of cleaning supplies. Since I booked through a third party, no offer of discounts was available.

I was extremely shocked..I figured for the price.I was going to get screwed.. I was extremely happy with the location and staff.Not sketchy at all. The only problem the air conditioner didn't work.Also I believe I was in Room 124 and the shower head was messed up.Also the ice machine and washing and dryer area is awesome.. Really cool.

The new guy they have hired still needs to learn the job he’s having trouble I booked a king he gave me two queens went back to get the right room he acts like can’t see what I booked that’s a lie for sure he gave me another room where the parking lot was filled with ice not very convenient and the room smelled bad of smoke went back for the third time he finally got it right

Definitely comfortable for a relatively inexpensive hotel in Rock Springs. We reserved a king room through Booking.com but upon arrival the staff informed us they were sold out of king rooms. Not a big deal, just be aware that their room availability is not accurate on third party sites. Room smelled nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable with soft, large linens. Being on the top floor, it was very quiet all through the night. Nice large gravel lot adjacent to the hotel that accommodated our truck and large trailer perfectly.

Bathroom could definitely use an update, but was functional.

Good location and amenities, including having a microfridge and a microwave.

1) The metal plate / door lock was loose due to 1 screw missing, which made secure closing of the door difficult. 2) One of 2 light bulbs in the bathroom was out. Both issues reported to the front desk.
