I paid $117 for my room with booking.com. I was told that this price included all taxes and fees to include the pet feed. However when we checked out I was charged $148. We did not buy any incidentals. I was very disappointed that the price booking.com told me I would be paying was not true.

That the price I was told I was going to pay was in fact the price I was charged. Also the heater in our room was extremely loud and went on and off throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Though the room was clean, the hallways and general upketo if the facility was sub-par.

The staff was so friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice. It was actually pretty quiet for being close to the Interstate. It was also a great rate. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not like the bed. It was too soft. I kept rolling to the edge. I also wished the room had more than 2 bath towels. I used a hand towel to dry my long hair.

Proactive staff, great housekeeping, lifelong local ownership who always strives to excel - from fresh new paint job in pool area to even starting an active recycling program.

Pool nice, but hard to keep exterior looking pristine in cold windy Wyo, also recycling sucks and doesn't pay, so perhaps employee training and reward program would help.

Breakfast was not free. You had the option of paying $5 per person and could eat a set item at the attached restaurant. But there were plenty of other fast food places if needed to get on the road.

A free continental breakfast would be better.

This was a typical older Holiday Inn that had been remodeled and was nicely done. The room was very nicely remodeled and comfortable. The front desk clerk at check-in was very nice.

As compared to the included breakfasts that we had at the Holiday Inn Expresses that we stayed at throughout our trip, we had to purchase $5 coupons for a very basic and limited breakfast in the restaurant. I guess that it was worth $5. The waitstaff was very friendly.

The first and only Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at that had a partnership with a major restaurant chain—Old Chicago’s. We had supper, some drinks and breakfast w/a $5.00 coupon the next morning! This suddenly became a destination stay….

Everything was better than most

it was nice having Old Chicago linked with the hotel. Did not need to go out and find food after a long day of travel. Breakfast purchased with room was very good and service great.

Parking area is very crowded and hard to find a spot

The room was clean and beds comfortable, the option to buy your breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is a fantastic idea, my family thinks! By far one of the best pools we have seen on our stay during our road trip and breakfast was great too!

The room ws great, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff however were not friendly at all.
