I paid $117 for my room with booking.com. I was told that this price included all taxes and fees to include the pet feed. However when we checked out I was charged $148. We did not buy any incidentals. I was very disappointed that the price booking.com told me I would be paying was not true.

That the price I was told I was going to pay was in fact the price I was charged. Also the heater in our room was extremely loud and went on and off throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Though the room was clean, the hallways and general upketo if the facility was sub-par.

Beds and pillows very comfortable. bathroom was very nice view sucked? but it is Rock Springs so................

the gal that checked us in was awful, she had so many piercing in her tongue and lips we could not understand her. Her blue hair was disgusting. We were alittle leary of even staying with that as the first impression. no professionalism at all She spoke so soft we couldn't hear anything she was trying to say

The staff was so friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice. It was actually pretty quiet for being close to the Interstate. It was also a great rate. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not like the bed. It was too soft. I kept rolling to the edge. I also wished the room had more than 2 bath towels. I used a hand towel to dry my long hair.

Proactive staff, great housekeeping, lifelong local ownership who always strives to excel - from fresh new paint job in pool area to even starting an active recycling program.

Pool nice, but hard to keep exterior looking pristine in cold windy Wyo, also recycling sucks and doesn't pay, so perhaps employee training and reward program would help.

It was clean and we felt safe. There was a very nice older gentleman named Randy who checked us in. He was the most kind and sweet person. Give him a raise.

I have no complaints.

Breakfast was not free. You had the option of paying $5 per person and could eat a set item at the attached restaurant. But there were plenty of other fast food places if needed to get on the road.

A free continental breakfast would be better.

This was a typical older Holiday Inn that had been remodeled and was nicely done. The room was very nicely remodeled and comfortable. The front desk clerk at check-in was very nice.

As compared to the included breakfasts that we had at the Holiday Inn Expresses that we stayed at throughout our trip, we had to purchase $5 coupons for a very basic and limited breakfast in the restaurant. I guess that it was worth $5. The waitstaff was very friendly.

The first and only Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at that had a partnership with a major restaurant chain—Old Chicago’s. We had supper, some drinks and breakfast w/a $5.00 coupon the next morning! This suddenly became a destination stay….

Everything was better than most

it was nice having Old Chicago linked with the hotel. Did not need to go out and find food after a long day of travel. Breakfast purchased with room was very good and service great.

Parking area is very crowded and hard to find a spot

Double-booked the room. But they took action right away to fix the issue. They gave a little upgrade and included breakfast.
