EVERYTHING! Would recommend this to anyone staying in the area! Front desk staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Room was massive! Clean and very spacious! Was delighted with it all! 2 bathrooms … one with a bath, one with a shower…. And the price was only £146! I paid nearly £100 more for a Best Western in Grand Junction Colorado that was less than half the size and nowhere near as nice!

Resturant and bar was closed due to staff shortages

Breakfast was ok. The Inn was obviously older, but, efforts have/are being made to update. The hotel restaurant/bar was closed, but, desk staff made an excellent recommendation for family/and bar place to eat supper just a short drive down the road.

That the lobby exterior automatic door worked and interior lobby doors were easier to get through with luggage.

Easy to park in front of the room. I liked the natural western decoration of the building. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I likes the bird nests in the top of the lights.

The pool looked stagnant, and the water was not attractive. The breakfast did not have healthy choices: lots of bread, greasy meats, and processed foods, like frozen orange juice and wrapped muffins. Several trees were dead or needed pruning.

Comfortable room. plenty of parking and nice exterior.

Very interesting layout of the building. We had to carry our bags up some stairs and around the main central floor. It was fine for us but may be challenging for guests that need to use an elevator.

Not so much the physical property, but the circumstances while at this location. I found myself in the midst of a blizzard and needed someplace to stay. Instead of offering me the usual Dailey rate (it was not a weekend) of $80, I was told the rate had increased to $149. I absolutely love Best Western and their standard for Quality, but I was sorely disappointed in this case.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . She was accommodating to our early arrival. Parking was right next to our room.

clean, quiet , comfort, breakfast , staff, parking...all were excellent..I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back when in the area ..great job.

Pool was fantastic. Bed was hard. Trash was left on counter in our room. Ramp to get to room had a drop off that was difficult to maneuver a cart up
