It was beautifully manicured with amenities that boast big hotel chains, while providing additional perks like a large in room refrigerator and microwave. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond expected service.

The only thing I can think of is maybe there could be a no-parking spot in front of the stairwell as a guest decided to take up that spot when others were available, however there may be zoning reasons of how many spots are required. Maybe painting a line a little further out so cars can’t pull all the way forward encroaching on stairs? But really it wasn’t a big deal at all as there are other near by stairs.

The innkeep was EXCEEDINGLY polite, for context my truck is straight piped and when it starts especially in the cold it's extremely and unnecessarily loud, never once did the staff complain or ask me to only start or drive at certain hours, the only time they said anything about my truck was when the politely asked me to move it so people could get in and out easier, and he was extremely polite when he asked

I wish it had been a little closer to some attractions in the area but that's not really the hotels fault haha

Pinetree Inn is a great and affordable place to stay when im visiting family and friends close to the Tn. River. It is cleaner than most of the expensive motels and the owners are super friendly and accomadating. There are a couple places to stay in the next town for about the same price and I have stayed at the Parsons Inn and Deerfield Inn there. Neither can match or beat the cleanliness and comfort of the Punetree Inn. It is my go to place when I am in the area.

I cannot say anything bad about this motel. Only thing i can think of woukd be the cell phone service but it is that way anywhere there close to the river and it is not their fault.

This little cabin is a hidden gem for sure. Very very clean and there is so much room. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The full kitchen was an awesome bonus to have. It's a bit secluded, which makes it nice when you have kids with you there is room for them to play inside or out. Lady I dealt with was super friendly. We will be staying again in the future. We have stayed at other motels in the area and this by far is now our favorite

Nothing we didnt like

This little place is a gem. The owners are nice and keep the rooms and grounds just so. The beds are so comfortable! I felt safe and relaxed, and slept well every night. It's pet friendly too. I stayed for several nights and will stay there again.

There's no breakfast or phone signal, but I didn't really mind. For breakfast I went to Café Do in Parsons, for coffee and wonderful fresh doughnuts and biscuits. The Wi-Fi works well so I used WhatsApp to make calls.

I loved the fact that 2 women with 2 kids we felt safe in the location. House keeping was awesome with us which says a lot because we were there for 4 nights and 5 days. Very clean outside and inside. Owners are new but have had the place for a month and have clearly done upgrading. Nice beds, air conditioning, hot water, mini fridge, and a huge flat screen! I have no complaints. We will return here the price is amazing for a night which made it possible for us to stay longer and see family!

The only thing was the air conditioning would shut off and wouldn’t come back on without us pushing the button to fan and letting the fan run then pushing the high air and it would kick on for a good amount of time, but would kick off and not come back on without taking the above steps. Luckily we were able to prop our door open and it was nice most of the time we were there so it wasn’t needed and the 2 hot days we were mostly gone so the evening would cool off and we could open the door. But it was never hot in the room the air for sure cooled it off.

Location was great! We went there to purchase a vehicle and it was literally minutes from where we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

Honestly I would like to have seen a few more updates like ports to plug in phones, iPad, etc. The washcloths were a bit stained and furniture was dated.

It's a nice little place out in the country where it is very quiet. The lovely couple who runs it are doing a lot of improvements to the property. It has already been extensively remodeled and it's very comfortable and clean. The landscaping outside and all the flowers were really beautiful.

It's an exceptionally nice general, clean and quiet and safe, but the place next door is a little junky. Other than that I can't think of anything bad about the place.

Rooms were nicely decorated. Everything you need (microwave, fridge, tv, iron, WiFi). Gas grill available. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.. Staff were friendly and attentive. Stayed two nights, would have enjoyed a longer stay.

Really nothing I did not like. Location is rural, so - short drive to restaurants.

Everything was so lovely!! The staff was nice, the room was extremely clean and a bit fancy!! There was a big TV, massive bed, and a big mirror with built in lights. I was very impressed, especially considering how little I paid. :)
