I like their parking area, especially being downtown. Nice hotel, a bit on the older side, friendly staff

They advertise as having facilities for disability, however there is not a drop off area, and to get from the parking lot to reception you have to go through stairs. And there are more stairs all over the lobby. I specifically chose this hotel because my mom has trouble walking and it was a bad experience that she had to go through all those stairs. So don't advertise as disabled friendly if you are not.

We stopped here are part of a very long road trip. Since we had a lot of stuff in our car, it was nice to have a parking garage attached to the hotel. It's location on the central square was great, in terms of getting some feel for the ambiance of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that it had a restaurant. The room was well-appointed.

We didn't have any complaints.

The area is in the central location of downtown Tampico close to several good restaurants and shopping within walking distance

Some rooms have carpet and ugly curtains that need updating.

The parking there is not enough room if you have to park in the upper floors you’d have to take the elevator and walk. To do so with the luggage is difficult

The hotel does not have heating system only AC and when is cold the room is very cold. Aldo one roll of toilet paper per day si we have to call every day to ask for one.

Beautiful building in a great location and it was one of the cleanest places I had ever seen.

Showers are in need of some repairs. Water spills outside the shower in the 2 rooms I had and it was very uncomfortable having have to dry the floor after every time we took a shower.

Rooms do not have microwave. Definitely need it in the room or at least the breakfast area. Mattresses are not comfortable.

There weren't any washing machines or driers available on location. I did not see a swimming pool. There was no coffee machine or refrigerator in the rooms.
