We loved this hotel, the spa facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed our breakfasts and the evenings meals. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and had a lot of space, we loved sitting on the balcony. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly, we would love to stay again.

Friendly stuff, Good bread for breakfast and chocholate at the reception. Good gym, good sauna, good nature, nice hiking possibilities. Loved the water and the tea.
The breakfast, the room and the facilities were not too special for a 5-star hotel. I expected more after being in many other comparable hotels. There are so many grand coffees in Germany, but the one, the hotel has chosen, was in my opinion unfortunately just an average. It had some cleaning agent smell and taste at some point. That little story was dissapointing.
