Breakfast was great, The pool was a very welcomed activity after a long day dealing with flight cancellations at the airport. It does close a little early though for a hot summers day (6pm) we were lucky enough to have a little extra time as we only arrived at the hotel 5:45pm. The hotel is very nice and quiet welcome after the chaos of the city streets.

It’s a little far away, a shuttle bus at a resonance price would be a great addition to the hotel. Also a kettle in the room would be great. There’s a mini bar at a price. But no complimentary tea or coffee options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, spacious and cool

For those who do not want to stay in the city center, I think the location is perfect, but you must have your own car. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast is a bit scarce with a weak offer. Wi-fi is disastrous, you can have it in your room, but everywhere else you will hardly have it.

The hotel is nice but not in Naples. It's outside Naples so if you drive to Naples you pay 2 euros everytime you take the highway and back. Good thing is it's away from the madness in Napoli.

We arrived on Christmas day and there was nothing open for the guests to get a meal. We asked if we can find something in Naplea and we were told nothing is open on Christmas day. There were restaurants open in Naples but I find it odd that a 4 star hotel does not have food for their guests. Regardless of the holiday, of you have guests in the hotel, you should have options.

We stayed for one night as we needed a hotel close to the airport. It took about 13 minutes to get to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was free. We left at 3 am, so we didn't have breakfast.

The neighborhood looks derelict. The wifi uses insecure protocols so your wifi-connected devices are exposed to hacking.

Breakfast was fine. I expected that the hotel was closer to the airport. I paid 70E to get there, and 40E to get from the hotel to the airport.

A beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. A nice breakfast and nice food. The food was very well presented.. Our room was big and spacious

Shuttle to the airport—for a reasonable fee. The hotel arranged a taxi. He charged us way more than that trip should have cost: 65€. I was very unhappy with that.

very far Away from city center,it is only ok to Stay here if you are in transit and need a place to sleep. you can get to Napoli only by car or taxi, and the taxi is 35€ to get to center. the bathroom Could use an upgrade.

Everything you need is there. I feel fine to stay there my kids they can swim.
